This AirPods 1st and 2nd generation wireless-compatible charging case is packaged very well. The case itself seems to be built to a high standard, but not the same as the Apple original. The Apple original case seems to have better build quality, especially regarding the lid/opening part as it seems more robust. The charging case works very well, and charging via wireless or cable performs as expected. However, the Lightning port leaves much to be desired as my Lightning cable does not snap or click into place properly. It works, but the actual Lightning connector on my cables does not get seated properly in this case. The connector on the cable sticks out, making it easy to come loose. I would not recommend this wireless charging case because of the Lightning input not connecting to cables properly.

The case is well made and has a very good hinge for the lid, which snaps back firmly. It can be wirelessly charged as well. I can't test is charging of Airpods as I don't have access to the original Airpods. Note: I've given it 4 stars as it seems a good product, but not if you were looking for an Airpods Pro case.
