A pretty puzzle that was not too difficult but still challenging.

Loved it. It was a challenge! You just see a boat, but there is sooo much more to get done. Thoroughly enjoyed it. It had all the pieces; however, the last piece was the right shape, wrong picture entirely. So, kinda had the piece and kinda didn't have the piece. No matter. A very enjoyable puzzle that took us a bit of time to complete. Love Buffalo puzzles.

Pretty easy puzzle. The 500-piece size can be completed in an afternoon.

This was a fun challenging puzzle, but it's the first time we've run into a missing piece. Strange thing is that there was a puzzle piece found in the bottom of the bag it was shipped in, but the box seemed to be sealed. That piece was fitted in the puzzle, however, a different piece, an edge piece turned out to be missing. It's the first time we've ever had a puzzle piece missing.

I enjoyed making this puzzle. Very colorful. The first puzzle was not cut properly. It was exchanged and the second one looks great. Excellent customer service.

ME and my mom got a couple of puzzles for my aunt this was one of them she loves it she is 94 and the puzzles are calming

I’m an occasional puzzler and always have a few unopened puzzles around for when the urge strikes me. I’d finished a few other Buffalo Games puzzles in the past and enjoyed them enough that they’re sitting on my shelf to rework at some point in the future. I bought this one because I like the image and- when the time came- opened the box eagerly. The first thing I noticed was the shoddy look of the backs of the pieces, they’re ugly gray cardboard unlike a puzzle from another company I’d just worked on which had white backing. But the real issue was the image on the front- it’s selectively out of focus- some parts of the image more out of focus than others but no part of the image looks truly in focus. I looked closely then at the reference image and saw it had the same uneven image quality. Then I looked at the photo on the Amazon page and saw hints of the same uneveness. Since one of the pleasures of puzzling is enjoying the image while I’m working on it and I knew I wouldn’t enjoy this one and I’d missed any return opportunity, I reboxed it for donation. (Another note: Buffalo Games brags on its box that it doesn’t include plastic bags so I had to use my own)

emballage médiocre / bte pas sous cellophane/ étiquette collée ++ sur le couvercle de la bte (photo modèle donc incomplète)/ couvercle collé ++ au reste de la bte; difficile à ouvrir (en abimant du coup)/ puzzle à l interieur en "vrac" pas sous sachet !! ..... puzzle venant juste d'être reçu donc pas encore réalisé - j espère complet !!! ....étant habituée ++ aux puzzles de différentes marques je suis perplexe et 😡 !!! ..... bref je déconseille vraiment cette marque (1ere et dernière fois) !!!! après ouverture -> qd même poster ds la bte (qui est qd même abimée 😔) ..puzzle pas fini
