The knives are really sharp as well as beautiful and well balanced. The large one is bigger than expected. I’ve had them for only a week so I can’t speak to how long they stay super sharp but at this point I’m very pleased with them.

Fantastic knife, handles well, beautifully sharp blade. The balance and weight are awesome as well. I highly recommend it. I was so impressed with the quality and performance I bought more as a gift for family.

Great knife for my teen to learn to cook with

This is the best and sharpest knife I have ever used. It cuts through raw potatoes like butter. So when using it be very careful if you are used to using dull knives like was. This knife is very well balanced, it feels good when using it, not like the crappy ones I've used in the past that just feel awkward. It has some heft to it too. Not heavy but it just feels substantial. It's also very beautiful with the Damascus steel. The markings on the blade aren't as pronounced as the pictures show. The blade is very shiny and they are light, but they add a subtle beauty to it. It's also very well priced. I would expect to pay a lot more for a blade of this quality. I didn't expect a blade at this price point to be this nice. Highly recommend this.

I really like this knife. It is sharp, comfortable to use and excellent for chopping tough vegetables (ie, carrots, etc) as well as nearly anything else. I marked down a star because the blade chipped. I still like it and use it a lot but am disappointed with the chip

Decent knife for the price. Hasn't held a great edge, but I recently bought a honing rod for that sharpened up seven out of ten.
