I bought this as a new mom to have just in case and I used it all! The underwear are so much more comfortable than the ones the hospital gives you! The ice packs are a life saver! The peri bottle is super durable and the angel makes it super easy for cleaning after birth. The wipes and foaming spray help provide relief! Definitely a great buy to swap put cheap hospital items or to have at home when you return home.

But after my second baby delivered via VBAC, my husband bought this for me and I was floored by the difference in quality. The handheld bidet has such a nice nozzle and it really helps gently wash away all the post birth ick. The disposable undies are SO comfy and they’re tight and stay put while also being so stretchy and breathable. The witch hazel foam is very soothing and cooling and I feel like it has helped everything heal faster. Kind of pricy, but it feels like luxury for your vagina. Worth it after such a traumatic bodily process lol

The combination of the ice pack pads and the multiple sources of witch hazel... absolutely bliss. Felt so nice on my downstairs, tear, and hernia. The disposable underwear was nice and supportive in all the right places as well. They were in general better quality and cuter than the medlife ones i got from the hospital. It's an absolute must have and game changer.

This is the best postpartum kit you can get. Every single item inside is truly useful — it’s impossible to pick just one favorite because everything serves a purpose. Totally worth it for recovery.

I found this set to be really helpful for postpartum recovery, and on sale it was a good value. The disposable underwear are much better fitting (in my opinion) than the mesh ones given in the hospital. The peri bottle is easier to use, too. The witch hazel wipes/inserts for placing on pads are much more practical than the circular witch hazel pads given at hospitals or sold separately in stores. They stay put better when trying to get things in place. Those, layered with the perifoam is also really useful and provides a lot of relief. My only criticism is that it didn’t come with larger/wider pads, because in the first few days, bleeding is much heavier and wide/long pads are necessary to absorb everything and keep it from becoming a mess. I would definitely purchase the set again if it were on sale, though. It’s a much better value than buying separately, and most of the products are higher quality than what’s provided in hospital.
