is it good for doing bushes

Hi although it's called round the brush is made more like a fat flat brush. It will make tree shapes and bushes if you use the right action, it's not a stippling brush though as the bristles come together in line across the centre like a flat brush. I have used mine for example applying white (snow) to trees etc on top of foliage. Hope this helps.

Is it suitable for acrylic painting or is too soft for that?

I personally use it for oils, but you could use it for acrylic. It's not too soft, however, this brush is great for a more stabbing motion i.e. creating foliage. So could be used with impasto acrylic or thicker medium.
