I certainly didn't need more luggage in light of the fact that I use Travel Pro hard-sided to go everywhere. I needed a duffel for a safari trip to Africa because I had to have the lightest possible weight gear for the short plane trips I'll be taking while over there. I worried very much about quality though for a lightweight duffel. I got this size to use for the trip and immediately ordered all the other sizes Eagle Creek makes in the No Matter What collection. Remember, I did NOT need more luggage! Very glad I bought this and the others and you should toO!

We were going on a safari in Kenya and the tour company said we need a soft sided duffle type bag to allow them to stack it in the land cruiser vehicles. The duffel is also very light as we were told to limit bag weight to 33 pounds for the flight from the Serengeti. This was the Eagle Creek bag recommended by the tour company except theirs was embroidered with the company logo at a higher price. I bought this on Amazon and saved money. The bag is big and holds a lot of clothes, but it can be tightened with straps to compress it. The rollers come in handy carry it into the airport. The shoulder strap works well for surfaces that are not smooth. I really like this duffle bag.

Bought it on April and totally tear by the 5th use. No warranty at all. False advertisement on the item because it says literally it has a lifetime warranty. Amazon should not allow vendors to put false information in their items. Worst seller and terrible customer service with no interest in solving any problem or comply with the warranty.

We purchased this for an international flight. We purchased it mainly for the warranty. Sure enough, after arriving home, we discovered a hole it in. According to their warranty, they will fix it for free and send it back to you BUT I had to pay to send it to the closest repair center and it cost me quite a bit. So this is something to keep in mind.

Used this bag for a two week trip to Europe like all my Eagle Creek product-- held up well wide wheels worked fantastically on cobblestones

This bag has both quality and durability. It’s light and holds a remarkable amount.

After one use, the bag developed a hole on he bottom. Do not buy this bag you are wasting your money.

Bought this for our college son as it is easy to store. It is easy to store but when full is a challenge to pull without tipping over. Sort of a trade off of easy storage or a framed bag that is easier to pull.
