I purchased this with great expectations especially at the price of it but after a few weeks it started to leak water. I contacted seller and was asked to fix it myself! I managed to stop the leak but it has now decided to stop working completely!! Not happy and waste of money and bad customer care

We use this brush cleaner in a hybrid shop with both barbers and cosmetologists, and it’s been a game changer for our sanitation workflow. Most of us on the barber side use smaller round brushes for shorter hair, but the standards don’t change . Brushes must be completely free of hair and debris before they can be properly disinfected. This system isn’t meant to do everything for you. It’s designed to handle the most time-consuming part, which is thoroughly removing hair and buildup so brushes are actually ready for proper sanitation. State board doesn’t care if it’s one hair or twenty — one hair is still a violation , and this takes the guesswork and inconsistency out of that step. I’ve read some reviews mentioning issues with the steamer portion over time, and I can’t help but wonder if that comes down to water choice , using tap water or regular drinking water instead of non mineralized water. Like most steam-based tools, mineral buildup can affect performance, so using distilled water and occasional descaling (following manufacturer guidelines) can help keep the steamer performing well long-term. This is about maintaining the machine itself, not replacing proper sanitation — brushes should still be disinfected afterward with an EPA-registered hospital-grade product. An added bonus is that it gives the crew something to do when the shop is slow without feeling like we’re stuck doing grunt work nobody wants… finally, a way to look busy and actually get something done! For a shared barber/cosmo space, this tool bridges the gap between efficiency and compliance and makes doing things the right way a lot easier.

I bought it for my salon before it was working but within months stopped working. Not moving even brush cleaner.

Well isn't much to tell very little assembly.It was easy.Use instructions were easy to read.. Is now in use in the shop on a daily basis and have had no problem with it.

We used this in our salon for less than 7 months. First, the steamer stopped working and eventually the brush cleaner stopped working as well.

The brush cleaner at the bottom works fantastic, but the steam wouldn’t work at all. Very disappointing as I was so excited for this :-/
