So far so good after 20 days of drinking it has lessoned my partners pain through the day and he is a multi trader … but at night it hurts him … but I’m sure he needs a hip replacement but these drinks only after 20 days are helping he’ll continue for 2 and half months … one of my friends couldn’t squat with out a squat rack with knee pain but he drank this drink every day for 3 months and was doing a free weight full squat !! This Joint complex supplement is full of very good active ingredients that you can often get separately (eg glucosamine, MSM, hyaluronic acid, collagen peptides, as well as various vitamins - C, K2, Manganese, Copper and D3. Bought separately they would cost a great deal more, and also I would hate to take that many tablets or capsules. So this multi-fit sachet by Revive Active is exactly what I’m looking for to support my joint, bone and muscle function. Many people who take this will want to support their activity at the gym or other sports, but for me it’s to minimise the damage that arthritis and inflammatory conditions wreak on my joints and muscles. I particularly like that there are no fillers, binders, stimulants, artificial colours or flavours, (also suitable for vegetarians and vegans) as I like my supplements to be as pure as possible. I personally feel it’s a shame they have added sweetener, but at least it is a natural one (steviol glycosides). This is presumably included for the flavour, which is perfectly ok to me, slightly fruity, but I hold my nose to drink supplements anyway. It doesn’t make me gag, but I wouldn’t choose it on an evening out. It’s too soon to say if it’s helping. I think I’m likely to have a placebo effect at the moment as I do expect it to work on me with these ingredients. But over the next couple of months I should get a better sense of it. If I find over time it does nothing, I’ll update on here. I’d say it’s well worth a try if it's in your budget. Even though the current price of £1.33 a day sounds a lot, there's a lot of active ingredients in it that would cost a great deal more individually.

This supplement has a great level of each ingredient, I researched before purchasing. It contains high quality content. The sachets mix will with water and taste fine. I wouldn’t say they taste amazing but that is expected and a sign that of a good, healthy product.

I have Psoriatic Arthritis, and this is a condition where your pain/discomfort can be perfectly OK 1 day, and then NOT the next. I am constantly trying to find supplements and dietary additions that counter these effects, and so was very happy to give these sachets a try. I found that WARM water rather than cold helps the powder to dissolve. You need to give it a good stir to mix it all in, or you might find a slightly slimy top to the drink (similar to an Aloe Vera drink) flavour wise its a little sweet, but perfectly drinkable and dissolved well in a small cup/mug of water. I am taking one sachet a day, and I cannot 100% say it's the reason BUT at the moment I am getting very little discomfort from my joints, so I would like to think this is helping! Its a little expensive, but if it works is worth the money.

They don’t replace healthy eating of course, but provide a boost to your food intake to give all the good stuff the body needs to maintain healthy conditions. These are packed loads of good stuff such as copper, vitamins K, C, and D plus loads of other good minerals. It you suffer with achy joints, top up your daily intake with these handy sachets. One sachet a day dissolved in water. Simple! Taste is fine and easy to drink.
