It's worth the money
I tried many different ways to do nordic curls. The door jam straps are useless in my opinion. I also tried with a barbell, didnt work. Ordered this bench and it is easy to bolt together and absolutely rock solid. High quality item that looks good in a room at home. The plate for your toes to press against makes a big difference and the padding and adjustable pads are perfect. Very happy customer 10/10

Solid piece of equipment
Solid piece of equipment. Fast delivery. Expensive for what it is, but there aren't many options out there. If you're looking for a bench for Nordic or reverse Nordic curls, this is a good solution. The other option is a GHD bench, but normally at a greater cost and take up more room, though you can use those for more exercises - basically, you've got to weigh up what you want.
