ACEMAGIC Gaming Laptop with AMD Ryzen 7 5700U Processor, 16.1-inch FHD Display, 16GB RAM, 512GB ROM, WiFi 6, 53Wh Battery

I bought this laptop back in March to be able to play games and do school work. Long story short it ended up just being for games. But I wanted something to be able to keep up with everything if I decided to go back. A couple of weeks ago I grabbed my laptop to play a game and the screen was black. The power was on, charged and nothing. I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful and responsive. I tried everything on the checklist they sent me and nothing worked. So they had me ship my laptop to them and they sent me a new one. 10/10 would recommend them.

This was a great computer at first. It was fast and battery lasted forever. After a few months it became slower, but nothing major. We are at the one year mark now and it just stopped working out of the blue. I was working on it and got a blue screen with an error message and the computer tried to reboot, but it never went back on. Now it goes to the black ACEMAGIC screen for a moment and then to the blue error page showing a registry error. I contacted customer support, but the options won't work since the computer won't boot and won't rexognize a USB to reinstall windows. Based on you tube video provided by customer support, my only option is replacing the hard drive.

I’m not going to lie I thought this wouldn’t work for games. It does say gaming laptop but the brand was unknown. I was in fact happy to play my games on this laptop with the ability to also use it as my work laptop for excel and other projects. Android emulator works amazing on this as well. I would indeed keep this seller on my list.

It has worked fairly well, certainly better than my previous laptop, and is an absolute steal for the price I got it at ($480).

The laptop has started erroring and will not boot. Cant boot off USB. Errors to the BIOS setup but cannot save and exit. If it boots it gets a graphic issue and hangs or I get a blue screen and forced reboot. Customer support provided troubleshooting options but cannot use any because the laptop will not boot even off the USB

I’m a college student and I bought this to run some heavy engineering programs, so far I’ve had no issues at all with it. Runs all programs smooth and well even with multiple programs running at once! Great screen and overall very good laptop. I play some graphics heavy games and the laptop does well. Over all 10/10 would recommend

This laptop delivers impressive power and performance considering its price point. The value-for-money ratio in terms of speed and functionality is exceptionally high, especially for users seeking productivity or light gaming capabilities on a budget. That said, it comes with some significant downsides. The speakers are noticeably weak — you’ll likely need external audio support for any decent sound experience. Even more concerning is its build quality: the chassis and assembly feel fragile, and accessing internal components for repairs or upgrades is frustratingly difficult. It seems designed to be disposable rather than maintainable. If you're looking for raw performance without paying a premium, it’s a tempting choice. But if long-term durability or ease of maintenance matters to you, this may not be the right investment.

By far the best laptop I’ve ever owned which is a surprise to me considering I’d never even heard of this particular brand till I bought this one. I use it mainly for gaming and my last laptop was an ASUS and worked well for all of a month till the lag got unbearable the computer would overheat and this laptop is the fastest smoothest running I’ve ever used. Far exceeded my expectations.
