The finish is good and they seem like they will hold up well. I only use for specific exercises like squat. I did not find them very helpful during bench as my hands are positioned on the bar where the hooks are on the machine. May be better for barbel tricep extensions though.

While these barbell hooks do serve a purpose, I found them to be overpriced for what they offer. The build quality is solid, but a major drawback is that you can’t leave them on the machine and still use the sliding posts—so you’re constantly removing and reattaching them depending on your workout. If you use the bench bar frequently, they might be more justifiable. But for most users, I’d recommend putting your money toward other Speediance accessories that offer more versatility and value. These feel more like a niche add-on than an essential upgrade.

They do fit but they might slide out when pulling the bench bar. You have to pay attention not to pull them out on each move.
