Arrived on time, easy to fix up and does the job perfectly. Price higher than the last one I bought but it is important to get the correct toilet seat to fix the toilet bowl. Bought a cheaper seat years ago and it never fitted the toilet bow correctly and was a pain, the lid kept falling down because it did not fit correctly with the bowl, so always make sure you check the make and model of your old seat.

Every time I buy a third party replacement seat it never quote fits right and ends up either breaking its own feet on the toilet rim or loosening up and trying to pitch everyone to the floor when they sit on it. This time around I bought the official Armitage Shanks branded seat to go with the toilet and it fits perfectly. Was really easy to install and get straight too.

We had bought a cheap replacement loo seat at home bargains...assuming that loos have a near universal shape This is an erroneous assumption and the HB seat did not fit our loo Ordered this in the run up to christmas and was told it would be delivered in January Pure delight when it was delivered on Christmas eve.... and it fitted perfectly....huzzah

It was the expected quality of Armitage Shanks.

Does not fit as a replacement for a broken Armatage Shanks Gemini toilet seat and cover. Very annoying.

Good product. I ordered this to replace the exact same seat which was broken. Only problem was both the large cam washers were missing from the packet so I had to use the ones from the old seat, otherwise I would not have been able to install it.

A bit flimsy though it works
