Scissor Car Jack 2 Ton (4409 lbs) Tire Changing Kit with Lug Wrench - Emergency Kit for Car, SUV, MPV

I have a small hybrid car that did not come with spare tire or jack. I wanted a jack in case I have a flat tire in my driveway. I do not want to call a wrecker for that. I have not yet used the jack to lift the car but it seems to be of sufficient quality to do it. I did cycle it up and down with no load and it operated smoothly. I believe that it will lift my car. It is nicely packaged to neatly place in car. Jack rated at 1-1/2 ton would have been good for my car but I went with 2 ton for extra measure since jack is low cost.

This works really well. It's super easy to use and when you don't need to ratchet, you can just use your fingers to turn the long bolt that makes it rise or lower. The ratchet tool has a switch where it acts like a socket so you can lower and rise up when there is pressure. Works great. I lifted my 2014 jeep wrangler like it was nothing. The only aspect that makes me a little nervous is the small size of the base. It's easy to knock over and wish it had more of a flooring to keep it stable. Other than that, I love this. For the price, it's fantastic!

Great spare jack and it includes everything to change a tire. I got this since my new car does not have a spare tire then I purchased one and spare jack kit is great value

Tested this product on my 2020 Kia Niro Hybrid crossover, which did not come with a spare or jack. I intend to add it to my tire patching kit for the road. Got the 2.5 ton because I expect I might need it on one of my camping/road trips and I might need it at a time my car is fully packed with my partner and 2 big dogs. It works and lifted just fine and as it should. While I believe this jack will serve its intended purpose in case of an emergency, I can see how easily it can break due to user error and being a cheaper product. You must be extremely mindful of lifting on level ground, and to carefully place the jack IN BETWEEN the pinch welds of your jack points. Otherwise, the jack will absolutely fail. This is not an expensive high quality jack, nor is it a hydraulic jack with a round head so it isn't as stable. I also tested the bar and lug nut sockets. While they also worked, and while I expect they will work in the case of an emergency, the fitting felt loose and I do not trust to use it again after one or two emergencies. I will be keeping the bar, and replacing the sockets with higher quality deep sockets that will not strip or crack.

I bought my wife a new compact SUV recently, and I was a little shocked to find out it didn't come with a spare or any changing tools. I guess people have roadside assistance these days, and a spare tire is more of an add-on than an accessory.. I still wanted the comfort of knowing someone could change the tire if needed. This jack it a huge part of that changing kit. It's nice and compact and fits in the truck perfectly. Seems like a quality part, and i feel better knowing it's there if needed.

This is an awesome set, everything you need is included, even a tire gauge, Lifted my car with eze and the ratcheting handle makes it easy, I needed it right away and received it within 3 hours, I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a jack, cannot go wrong with it.

Scissor Jack seems okay, but the lug wrench is not durable enough for serious torque. The socket lock is a weak point. If you think your lug nuts could offer serious resistance, get a single piece vandium steel or simmilar.

I am not sure what people were trying to lift with this causing it to break and them to give it a 1 star review, but I was very pleased with my purchase. After it arrived, I immediately went out to my car, placed it under a jack point and just started cranking away. As the product intended, it lifted my car to where the tire was off the ground and could be removed. I flipped the little switch and it easily lowered my car back down. Edited to add that as bad luck would have it, I actually ended up needing this mere days after the purchase. I hit a massive pothole and destroyed my tire. Worked perfectly in the freezing cold weather at the side of the road. Definitely worth the five stars.
