big, air-tight glass food storage
I love these containers. It's hard to find such big containers in glass. They're well made and they do hold a lot of food. I like that the handle in the top is a bit recessed so they're flat on top, but I do worry that over time that's a part that could wear out. The handle is designed with minimal moving parts so I'm optimistic it will last a long time. We use these to store dog food in modest quantities. For our 36lb dog, each container holds about 5 days worth of food. They're a nice deep / wide shape so they could hold a wide variety of foods well. I love that even though I'm using these to store dog food today, I could pop them in the wash and they'd come out clean and odor-free so I could use them to store any kind of food in the future.

Worth the money
I have had and used them for about five years now and found they easy to clean, well made, easy to carry. I like better than the plastic ones.

Perfect for Japanese nukazuke pickling container!
I was looking for a deep and wide glass container for Japanese nukazuke pickling. Of course, I thought about getting one from the famous manufacturer Noda Horo, but I didn't want to take the risk of getting a chipped one from Japan, and they say they can't guarantee it because of the nature of their processing. Also, their sizes are not perfect (either too small, too big, or too shallow), and I wanted a non-plastic container with a handle, as it would be heavy with the nuka inside. This container is made in South Korea and is very well made! It is deep enough to make it easy to stir the nuka every day. It is big enough to hold a couple of Persian cucumbers and some other vegetables like daikon radish and carrots for me and my husband. It is a nice size to keep in the fridge (I keep it in the fridge, unorthodox method). The lid snaps tight and it doesn't leak. The handle makes it so easy to grab the container out of the fridge, although I always support the bottom with my other hand, as it is quite heavy. I'm so glad I found this container!

Love these.
I've had these since January 2025. They're great! I love how tight the lids are, which keeps everything fresh for a very long time. They also do very well in the dishwasher.

Nice container, flaps a bit stiff at first though.
I bought this to replace my plastic bowl that I use for salad. At first the flaps were all but impossible to close and actually hurt my hand and even shoulder trying to get them snapped, but after the first use, it functioned as I would expect (so far anyway). The container is on the heavy side, but not too heavy, since it is to large to fit your hands around the handle is wonderful ,but for MY refrigerator, I cannot reach the handle under the shelf, so still need to hands to pull it out far enough to expose the handle. I am please with this and could see that it would be a nice container for taking things like potato salad to pot lucks or family functions.

Big, Sturdy and Heavy Glass
It's big and sturdy. The four locking tabs are a tight fit and hold moisture quite well. When I take this out of the refrigerator, my hand size is big enough to do it with one hand. But for female sized hands, I doubt you could do that very easily. I wish I had purchased the one like this with only one handle. It's a little awkward to walk around carrying this with both hands on the handles. It's the safest way, however. We use this a lot - much more than I thought we would. We mostly store bakery items in it and it is very efficient storage for it. I plan to purchase the next smaller one next time, the one with a single handle. Otherwise we have about four of each of the three smallest size. It fits in the refrigerator quite well and you can see what's inside quite easily. We've had about six of the smaller storage containers for about five years, maybe longer. They still work just as well as the first day we bought them. We wash the lids in the upper part of the dishwasher and the glass part usually in the upper part as well. The glass can go down below, but I don't put the lids in the lower part of the dishwasher. They might survive down there, but I don't want to take any chances with my favorite storage containers. I like glass in contact with my food - not plastic. The lid part is okay to be plastic because it usually doesn't touch the food.

When I opened the lid the food inside didn't smell bad at all
This is exactly what I was looking for size, shape and all. From what I can tell it's seems the food stored in this stays fresher longer. I say this because I did leave some food in it that stayed in the fridge for a while longer than I thought it should have been in order for it to be edible. When I opened the lid the food inside didn't smell bad at all. I let it sit on the counter for a while thinking once it warmed up a little the smell might then be revealed. Trust me when I say this was food that under regular circumstances, meaning with other plastic storage bowls, it would have smelled really bad. It didn't smell at all. The bowl is very sturdy, a bit heavy, of course it's glass and the lid seems pretty durable. It locks great, although it does lock great I still tend to hold the container from the bottom as well as using the handle just for my peace of mind. The lid has never just popped off. Yeah, I really like this.

Handy
I have one other Glasslock container that I like but it's truly huge. I got this to store big batches of marinara and stew. It's large enough to handle anything and the lid is so much easier to lock than my other one. I guess that's due to it being smaller. Seems durable. The driver dropped the box on the ground at my door and it's not damaged so it appears durable. The handle is sturdy. Even full, the container is easy to carry and the handle never breaks. Even my bigger Glasslock hasn't and I've used it for years to haul whole hams around.
