This is a great obd2 scanner for the price. Simple and easy function for all makes and models. I like that it is not too small and is tethered instead of Bluetooth. It scans fast and readout is very simple to read vs more expensive and complicated models. This is not meant for complicated scanning of specific systems in cars but those obd2 scanners will run around 150.00 and up. It will read out check engine light codes and great for about 80% of any issues you might come across.

Pretty easy to use, and the price is right. Better instructions would be welcome though. If you understand the commands and functions, it's not bad to use.

Great scanner for the price, gives more information than I will ever understand as a backyard mechanic, it will break down each cylinder separately and show details, cord is way too short cannot set on center console while driving to check info at stop sign

This Scanner, like all Launch products that I have owned, works great. This is a very inexpensive scanner that will allow you to read and clear engine fault codes. It also has live stream and graphic data. For quick code scans and data it works perfectly. If you need to do functional test or bi-directional functions this will not work. I use this for quick checks where I won’t have to drag out my larger more expensive scan tool.

For what I paid it's been well worth it. I don't have any experience with these and it gave me the opportunity to check and clear codes as needed.👍👍

This product is not supported in the USA market. While the display is in English, I am not allowed to update it via the North American website and support staff based on the serial number of the device. BUYERS BEWARE.

I have 7 code readers and this one displayed the most data. It can do everything that you need from a code reader from reading/clearing faults to displaying the health status of systems like catalytic converters, oxygen sensors, and more. In addition, it can read multiple live data at once and detect the health of the car battery. It is very good quality same as other Launch scanners I have (Thinkdiag2). The only downside is a slow reaction to pressing the button, but that is acceptable given that CR3008 is displaying more data than other readers.

Beginner scan tool. Good tool for basic code reading.

As an amateur at car problem diagnosis, I bought this Launch brand product on reputation. Sadly that was a mistake. The product comes with virtually no documentation, none is available online from Launch websites, Launch UK support tried to be helpful but this model is apparently a grey import and they don't know anything about it, and Launch customer support don't respond to emails. You're essentially on your own and have to guess how to use it. That includes the 'Lifetime Updates' and how to get them, but as far as I can tell Launch don't update this model anyway, so not much lost there. As far as functionality goes, it may be a good value product for all I know but given the above I've only been able to read/clear a few DTCs and not much else. If you're familiar with using this type of product you may be very happy with it. In summary then, maybe a good product but dismal to non-existent customer support. Amazon's support number is no use.
