Decent Feta Cheese, But Lacks Authentic Flavor
The Amazon Feta Cheese I purchased was decent but didn't quite meet my expectations. While it had the saltiness I expect from feta, the flavor profile was somewhat flat, lacking the tangy richness that makes feta so unique. The texture was also a bit too crumbly for my liking, which made it difficult to use in dishes that call for chunks of cheese. Additionally, the packaging wasn't the best, as some liquid had leaked out, which was disappointing. Overall, it's acceptable in a pinch, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to buy it again.

Love this feta, its perfect for baking as it is a bit dry in the package, so dont release a lot of liquid and not too salty Perfect for a good Spanakopita.
