It’s sweetened with just the right amount of stevia leaf extract and no erythritol; you won’t think “sweet” when you take your first sip nor will you detect a taste of stevia. When mixed it’s a slightly milky white, so you know it’s dye-free. The taste is what surprised me. It’s a lemon raspberry that’s not as sweet as raspberry lemonade and doesn’t have that reconstituted lemon flavor that I find off-putting. Plus it has a light tartness that stimulates the saliva glands. They’ve added coconut water powder and any flavorings are natural. The package makes 18.5 gallons when mixed as directed. What more could you ask for in an electrolyte drink powder? NOTHING.

This is BY FAR THE BEST YOU CAN BUY! What I love about this powder is that: 1) It hydrates you with mainly potassium and magnesium instead of sodium. WHY? Because most of us consume loads of sodium already with the food we eat. Other brands just give you sugar and salt (sodium) in a $1-$2 packet.. The equivalent hydration of getting an order of fries. 2) This is one of the cheapest (per oz) electrolyte blends on the market. CRAZY BANG FOR BUCK 3) ZERO SUGAR 4) Tastes good, I got the raspberry lemonade and it is deliciously refreshing 5) PREVENTS HANGOVERS - I have found that a serving of this before I go to sleep leaves me feeling better than if I had used any of the other name brands. I got the lemon raspberry flavor. It taste good and liked that it provides a nice dose of potassium and magnesium. Could probably use a little more sodium, but I usually add a bit of salt to the mix as well. The value is excellent, probably the best cost-benefit of the electrolytes on the market. It mixes well and doesn't have any color. If you use too much, it is a bit sweet, so I normally use half the recommended serving. I like the taste, but after taking it a while, it does seem to fatigue the taste buds. I normally don't like just drinking water alone and adding this to my water makes the effort of keeping hydrated much easier.

I was purchasing the single serve sticks electrolyte powder and wasting so much money. I absolutely love this product and use it daily! It’s a great value! I keep mine handy by placing it on my kitchen counter in a cute little jar with a scoop attached! It dissolves quickly in water and has a delicious flavor. It helps me stay hydrated. Perfect to start the day or drink while working out! I would highly recommend this product!

This is by far the best electrolyte supplement I’ve ever used. All the others are packed with salt/sugar with no potassium, magnesium, or calcium. Most people are definitely getting enough salt and sugar so adding it to water is totally unnecessary. I drink this every day multiple times a day during pregnancy. Keep my energy levels up and potassium has been keeping my normally high bp in check. The package lasts forever too!

I bought for the ingredients. The taste isn't bad. I personally get a salty aftertaste. But adding ice makes it.more tolerable. I like the idea that I can get my macrominerals in while drinking this.
