An excellent personal alarm when need for safety--in day an/or night! Women need to be protected.! This is small and available to use: easily sends out an alarm and very good light flash. The alarm has two speakers, a strobe light, and it's water proof. I have attached to my purse--and always to be with me!

This is great if you need an alternative to a pepper spray (which can be taken away if you take it into stadiums, airports, etc.) This is a great sounding alarm, definitely functions well. The pink color is super cute too. Love the size and good value.

I just got this Her Time personal alarm. I put my hand over the 'speaker' part and pulled and its loud, even with my hand over the speaker... kind of a shrill sound. the light is bright and both would be highly effective in a dangerous situation. The only thing I am not too keen on is the 4 tiny screws to put new batteries in. BUT......the batteries should last a long time. The one thing I do like about this one, and I have looked and read about others... the "pin" to activate is great.. it does not disconnect from the unit, where many of them do and you have to fiddle to get it back on to stop it. This is just a pull and push thing. Will attach to my handbag and I was reading other reviews here, I may get one for the car for when I am walking without my handbag. Highly recommend. UPDATE: Going to return this item. I like that the pin stays with the. Unit.. but it kept going off.. I never would touch it.. but it is so easy to pull, the slightest movement or jostling will set it off. So I ordered actual the original Hootie. It takes a little strength to pull, not bad but it won’t go off . The only thing I don’t care for as mentioned is the pin actually comes away from the unit.. but the trade off is well worth it.

Product works really well and helps my daughters to feel safer. The alarm is really loud and runs continuously until she physically turns it off. Very easy to use, great price, and easy to keep concealed. Have tested the durability with water yet, which is why I gave it 4 stars and not 5.

This safety alarm works great. The sound is extremely loud and definitely draws attention in an emergency. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and the design is discreet yet stylish. It makes me feel safer when walking alone or going to work. Perfect to keep on your keys or in your bag. Highly recommended!

Bought this for my daughter because she cannot always carry her side arm at work! There’s little light in the parking lot where she works and this is a very loud sounding alert should she need it! Easy to slip onto your key chain, high quality and definitely makes me and her husband feel better!

Purchased for my niece who is heading off to college. Rested the volume of the alarm and it was quite loud. Easy to pull the pin (and get it back in!) Good size to manage with keys or small clutch.

Not really what I was expecting! I thought it would be a button you push but it's a pin you have to release which seems like it would be hard to do if your being attacked. I ended up keeping it in the end but not sure I like it.
