RC Truck SCX24 40's 4 Door Dodge Power Wagon Green 1/24 4 Wheel Drive-RTR(Everything Needed to Run Included) AXI00007T2

The Axial SCX 24 Power Wagon is my 1st pint sized rc crawler and it is impressive! The scale details are excellent with a very well done 1940s Dodge Power Wagon body shell in hard plastic instead of thin lexan. The flip open body gives excellent access to the power switch and makes battery changes a breeze, very well thought out. Don't let it's size fool you, it's incredibly capable on scale appropriate obstacles. The ANS shell does make it a little top heavy, but the 1:1 scale Power Wagon was also top heavy. In scale appropriate terrain, it performs very well. What impressed most was the low speed control and modulation with a single speed gearbox. The throttle and steering control is amazing and silky smooth especially when climbing obstacles. Compared to larger crawlers, the Axial is pleasantly quiet with now growing or motor whine. This is my 1st Axial rig, but it won't be my last for sure!

I’m not telling anyone anything they don’t already know. These are endlessly modifiable, or a ton of fun right out of the box. The hard body on this is one of the best bodies made for the for SCX24. It was a lot of fun stock, I’ve since added modifications

Super fun and durable!

I love my RC power wagon, I do now anyways. I'll be real about it. Yes, the truck can be used right out of the box and it looks good. Good speed for what I'm doing with it and great range. But.... the limitations are noticed pretty quickly if crawling over natural terrain. It's top heavy. It will roll so much, it'll be annoying. The solution? It needs weight but don't add it for the sake of staying upright. Upgrade with consideration for increasing load or strain on motors. Cheap parts, but they stack up fast. I have far more in upgrades, than in what I paid for the truck. But, I knew I was going to upgrade to some level. Stock RCs are limited, just like a real car. Better performance requires upgrades, so I don't regret buying my RC. It has been fun playing mechanic again... without straining my back like with my real truck. Majority of my parts come from Injora. Watch a couple videos on how to assemble the parts and soon you won't need the instructions, not that they came with these parts anyways. Upgrade the servo. And then why not the links, and suspension, and while we're at it the front and rear axles. With this much taken apart, may as well upgrade the transmission. I am currently running stock wheels and tires, ESC, motor, bumpers, frame, body, and remote. I'll upgrade some of those next.

My son loved it as a gift! Very well made. Drove nice through an inch of snow.

This was a Christmas Gift for the grandson and he loved it! It is a rugged little truck!

My father had one of these back when I was a kid in the 1960s, they called it the command car because it was a commander's truck in the military, he put the airplane tires on it eventually, so it was like one of the first monster trucks in its day I really love that thing, that's why I bought this one it's not the best crawler but it works fine on dirt, won't climb like the xc1 I have but it sure brings back some memories, I put taller shocks and bigger tires on my model

I ordered this for my son and he loves it. It was really awesome for about 4 days and it quit working. It will power on. The lights work and the steering works but not throttle forward or backwards. I've checked and charged the battery but still nothing. I tried to send a message to axial customer support through the provided link but after filling out the form twice, it says form submission failed, please try again later. Hopefully I can get in touch with them somehow and get this resolved.

Habe den Truck für meine 5 Jährige Tochter gekauft, da sie gerne meinen TRX4 fährt. Fahrzeit ist sehr gut! Auch der verbaute Empfänger kann später mit einen externen Brushless Regler betrieben werden. Auch die Modifikation des kompletten Fahrwerks ist möglich und steht dem großen 1:10 Bruder in nichts nach. Dank der einstellbaren Geschwindigkeiten können auch kleinere Kinder schon damit fahren und ihr räumliches Denken fördern. Es ist ein vollwertiges Modell mit proportionaler Steuerung. Nicht wie bei anderen großen namhaften Firmen in denn nur Tasten in der Fernsteuerung verbaut sind für sogar mehr Geld. Der SCX24 kommt problemlos mit höherem Grad klar. Ebenso auch mit Wald- und Feldwegen. Und wenn man an das Limit kommt vom Truck, einfach auf Brushless umrüsten. Da lernen Kind und Eltern auch was über die Funktionsweisen von Getrieben, Achsen und deren Geometrie.

Ein tolles Erwachsenenspielzeug mit Umbaupotenzial. Sehr empfehlenswert!

An sich mehga schön, tolle verarbeitung. Schöne Details, stabiles Plastik. SXC AXIAL machen, meiner Meinung nach, die besten 1/24 Scale Crawler. Die feine Gas dosierung, das nicht ganz so laute piepsen der Fahrregler, die präzise Steurerung, die feine lenkung machen ihn zum besten Crawler. Ich würde ihn jederzeit kaufen und empfehlen. Leider habe ich zwei kaputte erhalten, daher nur 4 Sterne. Der erste konnte nicht rückwärts fahren und der zweite hatte zwei komplett hängende kaputte federn.... Schade, das kann AXIAL besser! - Habe schon einige Axial SCX 1/24 Crawler und alle einwandfrei! Fazit: kaufen! und hoffen das ihr kein Montagsmodell erhaltet, oder auf ältere Modelle zurück greifen.
