After not even a year the headphones are broken - how can I file a complaint?

Great quality at affordable price

I bought these to use with my Clavinova so as not to annoy people when practising. As others have said, the headphones feel quite delicate but they are light and comfortable. They’ll spend most of their time hanging on the piano though so should be fine. They are very comfortable and the sound is good - plenty of bass and a good clear treble. I’d say that if you’re looking for a pair of headphones for a Clavinova you won’t go far wrong with these. BTW I got them from Amazon Warehouse to save a few £. The box was a bit dented but headphones perfect.

Excelente calidad de sonido y aislamiento del exterior.

Ottimo prodotto creato per essere abbinato al pianoforte digitale . Mi hanno soddisfatto sia per l’acustica che per la loro leggerezza. L’unica pecca a mio avviso (cosa riportata anche da altri acquirenti) potrebbe essere il filo piuttosto sottile che spero non comprometta la longevità delle stesse. Ottime anche per ascolto di musica con altri device anche se non sono Bluetooth essendo tuttavia meno nocive all’ascolto musicale.

Très satisfaite du son dans ces écouteurs avec mon piano Yamaha Clavinova! Fini les distorsions, j'ai un son juste et clair.
