The Frog @Ease system was recommended to me by a spa tech I contacted to service my hot tub. I've been very happy with the results. It's super simple to use - just add the cartridges to the spa and replace once a month. It's kept the water in my spa very clean and I haven't experienced any problems. Great product!

These are great for a Jacuzzi. You can just set it up and it takes care of it for you without all the hard work! I wish these were a little cheaper, but they are definitely cheaper than in store. And it’s worth it to not have to hassle with the Jacuzzi all the time.

The Frog @ease floating system is a convenient and low-maintenance way to keep your spa water clean and balanced. It does a great job of maintaining sanitation with less chlorine, and I’ve noticed the water stays clearer and feels softer on the skin. However, the instructions could be more clear—especially when it comes to what isn’t included in the kit. Important things like pH, Total Alkalinity (TA), and Calcium Hardness aren’t part of the package, but you still need to test and adjust those before using the system properly. It would be helpful if the manual highlighted those missing essentials a bit more upfront. Overall, it’s a great system once everything is balanced—but just be prepared to grab a few extra supplies to get started.

This system makes hot tub maintenance SO much easier!! It’s like the “set it and forget it” version of hot tub maintenance! The app helps guide you on what to do if your chemicals are out of range and has lots of helpful hints too. Definitely worth the price for this system. No more having to check on your hot tub every day!

System works. So far so good. This is our second kit. First kit worked great with very little adjustment.

Love this system, it has been a game changer! I was fed up with the constant spa maintenance with other sanitization systems but this has made me love our tub all over again! Super easy and takes most of the work out of owning a hot tub. Good seller, have ordered multiple times and will continue to do so!

We have this in our softub 220 (880 liters) set to #1 and chlorine seems to be ok although there is no real way to tell with there strips so buy others. Its reading is 0.5 to 1.0 on reg strips, which is where you need to be. BUT that chlor cartridge lasted 3 weeks barely on setting #1 (lowest one) so value wise sos on amount of chlorine youe saving.

This set has gone up over $100 since I first bought it, but unfortunately there are no Canadian dealers so you’re stuck with the ‘whatever the market will bear’ pricing. Chlorine pucks also only last about 2 weeks, not 4, which makes it even costlier. Kept the water looking great, but not worth the price.

Le produit ne fonctionne pas! Aucun support de l’entreprise qui dit sans arrêt de retourner le produit mais sans jamais recevoir l’étiquette de retour ! Après plusieurs semaines le support d’Amazon me dit que ce n’est pas normal et qu’il allait me rembourser et de jeter l’article…. Aucun remboursement alors je rappelle Amazon et ils me disent que le problème doit être résolu avec l’entreprise !!! Vraiment déçu des 2 partis
