Prismacolor really is the best
My adult son, who is a really good artist, loves to use markers and pens in a lot of his work. I got this for him because he is always talking about what great quality these are. They are pricey one by one (better by the box) but they are worth the money. He showed me some of the results and the colors are wonderful and so much variety. They also don't bleed through his watercolor paper onto the next page which saves him having to use a barrier sheet.

Prismacolor Markers are great but concerns about quality of product received
I'm concerned the box of prismacolor I ordered is used, not new. The tape holding the prismacolor marker container closed was broken when I opened the box, the markers themselves were very dusty, and when I tested all of the markers, many of the chisel tips were broken off, and the fine tips of two of the markers were already dried out (Warm Grey 10% & Periwinkle). Aside from these issues, the markers work great. I'd be happy to add an update to my review if the two dry markers could be replaced by the seller.

CHOOSE QUALITY NOT PRISMACOLOR! DO NOT PURCHASE! CHOOSE QUALITY NOT PRISMACOLOR!
This review is for all Prismacolor Markers not just this pack. The markers arrived dried out. I was unable to color a complete page. I had to add alcohol to every one of the markers in order for them to work. Find another brand. I wrote the company over a month ago stating the issue and have not received a response. CHOOSE QUALITY NOT PRISMACOLOR

Other markers were great. Went to color Wolverine with Walnut and got a dry marker from a new 72 set.

Quality is not what it used to be.
I am so very disappointed with this product. The new top is so hard to open, hard for senior hands. It is also DRY. I had a set that lasted me for years, and it was not as dry as this when I first got them. This was never a cheap brand and it is even more expensive now. I still have my Prismacolor set from over 10 years ago and it colors much better than the one I just got. Very unhappy.
