I’ve been looking to at b12 to my diet as I’ve cut back on red meat and lots of other food with b12 naturally. This product is easy to swallow and works great. I feel good taking one pill instead of the recommended 2 because the b12 concentrations are so high. This is great though because one bottle will last me twice as long. Very happy with this product.

Look thin but easy to swallow
The size is good or swallowing with liquids. The bottle is rather bigger than its content though. There has not been any side effects while using it nor any after taste.
