I have just bought a second pair of these remarkably good earbuds for a ridiculously low price. They beat my Apple Airpods hands down, better sound, much, much better battery life and they are more comfortable. I found it hard to find earbuds that didn’t use those irritating plastic tips that make my ears itch and feel so uncomfortable, but these open ones are just great. I bought a second pair to insure against the first pair ever failing, I just love them.

I have wanted some wireless earphones like the Airpods 2nd generation for ages, as the 3rd/4th generation are awful in terms of their fit. They constantly fall out my ears. These Huawei freebuds are just like the Airpods 2nd generation!! They are just slightly bigger, but they fit like a glove. They are basically airpods at a much cheaper price. The battery life seems to be better too. The sound is great and you can change the bass level in the app. I highly recommend these. I won’t be buying airpods again. Very very happy with this purchase!!

I think these wireless earbuds are awesome! They've got good sound quality – better than their price! They're comfy, well-made, and have good battery life. The case charges quickly. Connectivity's easy and reliable . They're a great value alternative to Apple earbuds. Fit and functionality were okay for me – It has been months, has worked nicely 👌

One of the "better" pair of "cheap" earphones I've bought. Battery lasts well, sound is good, and you can use one earpiece and not have them cut out completely. Only negative is that they have touch controls (which I find mostly pointless), and so sometimes if I want to take one ear out (to listen to what someone is saying, like on the train or bus) then that (accidentally) stops the music, and I can never get it to restart using the earphones, so have to get my phone out. A minor annoyance though - would still buy again.

Needed to replace my Aipods Gen2 but didn't want to pay the price. Came across the FreeBuds SE 2 whilst looking for alternatives and took a punt at this price. I prefer semi-ear buds and whilst they are slightly different to the airpods they fit nicely and are secure. Used in the gym and out walking with no issues. The sound quality is good and feel there is a nice range for the music I listen to. I would say, I find these better in terms of sound quality. Battery life of the buds and case seem to be great. Overall, really happy with these and think they represent great value for money and an alternative to more expensive ear buds.

The earphones are great, good quality sound and good battery life...but the way too too slippery. They just slip so easily esp. the case. I can remember how many times i have dropped them!

I bought these to replace my gen 2 airpods. I have enjoyed using my airpods that I bought in May 2020 and use daily. Unfortunately the battery life is not what it used to be and they are not usable anymore. What I enjoyed about them was the perfect fit in ear (no silicone), the touch controls and the connectivity especially with the apple watch. I have no desire for new features like noise cancelling. I would buy again - only the fact is that the tech is aged a further 4 years and the price has actually gone up £125 to £129. Airpod gen 2 are currently greatly over valued in my opinion and I will not buy them out of principle. Enter the FreeBuds. They have a very similar fit and feel to the Airpods although ever so slightly larger and slightly heavier. I can picture forgetting they are there just like I do with Airpods. I can also run with these and wont lose them. The touch controls are very responsive and are programmable via the app. The sound quality is slightly richer than the airpods. The box is slightly larger. The build quality is not as good (some inconsistent gaps, there was some dirt inside the packaging and the lid of the box has a cheap feel). Battery life seems impressive. Switching across to Apple watch not too painful actually. No "find my" integration, but there is an option to play sounds to locate them using the app. Overall, on technicals alone the Airpods do win ever so slightly for my usage. However, the price point of these is excellent. At £30 (bought "like-new"), I am easily willing to bet that 4x of these will do the job longer than 1 set of airpods (how on earth did I not lose my airpods is a miracle) and so its very much a "buy now" from me.
