The East Oak 48,000 BTU patio heater has exceeded my expectations in every way. Assembly was straightforward, and the build quality feels solid and durable. Once fired up, the heat output is impressive — the 48,000 BTUs easily warm a large outdoor space, even on chilly evenings. This thing is awesome! We’ve had it for about 2 years and every time we use it, we’re reminded how great it is. It’s super easy to assemble and if you’re willing to work hard enough, it will fit a 30 gallon LP tank. You can comfortably sit 10 feet away from this thing and still feel the heat. Sitting right underneath is perfect. If I were smart enough and not accident prone with power tools, I’d build a table to fit around it and use it for outside entertaining. But, it works perfect for sitting out and handing out candy on Halloween or sitting out on the deck or porch on a cool night.

I purchased 2 of these for our deck. They are excellent. Easy to assemble and I like the access to the tank valve (without lifting the bottom cover) and the flat top which acts as a shelf for beverages. There are also brackets in the even you want to mount this to a patio or deck. Starts up very fast, looks great and very warm (50k BTUs). Only complaint is that one of the two purchased, a screw was missing on the ‘element’ part. It has a slight wiggle. That part comes pre-assembled so there wasn’t a spare screw. Otherwise love it.

Ordered the unit and it arrived on time. It was easy to assemble with clear instructions and came with tools to use in the assembly. It worked well for a few days then it would not ignite. The igniter made the clicking sound but it would not lite the gas. I sent an email to the company with pictures and received a response immediately. They offered a new burner unit to replace the unit not working. I sent my address and the shipped the part the next day. It arrived 3 days later. It was easy to install and has been working well. The product is mfg very well and the customer service is fantastic.

Good design and fairly easy to assemble out of box. Instructions are clear and posted well on the heater itself. Device has some issues with the burner assembly staying lit. Online and East Oak support recommended the same trouble shooting tips. Unfortunately the burner was bad. East Oak did offer to replace the burner assembly at no cost hence the fourth star. Heater works very well when the burner assembly works.

Funciona muy bien! En Guadalajara Jalisco te ayuda a estar calientito, solo como punto los tanques de México no embona la conexión, viene para los tanques de USA encargue ese adaptador por Mercado libre y sin problemas es de fácil conexión pero para que lo contemplen de ahí en más se ve elegante!

Lo compré con poco de duda, pero estoy muy satisfecho, mi jardín es amplio pero tiene l capacidad de calentar en un buen radio de distancia, muy fácil de armar.

Solo tener cuidado con el tanque de gas, ya que debe tener rosca exterior, no es un tanque “normal” en México, pero si se consigue en Home Depot.
