GORGEOUS SILKY SATIN FABRIC, DRESSMAKING, WEDDING, PROM - SILVER - PER METRE *UK SELLER*

Initially, I bought this fabric simply because it was such a good price; I wanted to make a table runner for Christmas day and was more concerned about the colour than the quality of the fabric. I was very pleasantly surprised by the good quality of the fabric- definitely good value for money. It would certainly be good enough for dress making.. I only wish my skills were too!

Gorgeous luxurious fabric just lovely to use. I used for a jacket lining and kept thinking it would make a wonderful fancy dress princess dress.

This stuff is beautiful! I ordered as it was for an alien costume and that was a bit of a waste as its lovely and silky and rather wasted on a 4 year old

I ordered this fabric to fix one of my costumes, however when it arrived it was absolutely filthy. I did not want to even know what the brown stuff was!! I stuck it in the wash and thankfully that fixed it a little bit, but there are still stains from where this mysterious brown stuff was. However, I did manage to fix my costume after washing it through again and again. Disappointed with presentation, but quality of the actual fabric was good for what I needed it for.

lovely material and very good value

Purchased this polyester satin (just the one metre, for £2.50), as i needed some for making my garment as part of my fashion course/qualification. And it is of decent quality at a reasonable price, it is hard to work with, due to the amount of fraying at the edges, when being cut, but overall gives off a nice simple shine to a finished/completed garment. Overall would recommend, as it is the best price on the market currently for polyester satin.

It's very light weight so no good for anything that needs 2 last and only useful for lining clothes!

Used it to make a couple of swags for my bedroom.
