I bought this paraffin dip machine for my wife, and she has been very happy with it. One of the best features is the multiple temperature settings. It heats the wax evenly and has a separate comfort range for dipping, which makes it easy to find the right temperature without overheating. My wife has very sensitive hands due to chronic eczema, so temperature consistency really matters. This unit warms smoothly and predictably, which has made the experience much more comfortable for her. She finds it soothing and uses it regularly as part of her hand care routine. Another plus is that it comes with all the necessary accessories, so there was nothing extra we needed to purchase. It was easy to set up and use right out of the box. Overall, this has been a thoughtful and worthwhile purchase. It does exactly what it promises and has made a noticeable difference in comfort and usability for someone with sensitive skin. Highly recommended!

I was impressed right out of the box. The unit arrived with a factory seal, which immediately reassured me that it was clean and unused. No one wants someone else’s toe jam. Setup was straightforward and beginner friendly. I really appreciated that it included six blocks of paraffin, which is more than enough to get started right away. Personally, I find the included wax to be strongly perfumed. That is a preference issue, not a defect. I will likely switch to an unscented or lightly scented, dye-free wax in the future. *Bonus* there was an insert stating they would send you unscented wax if you have an issue with the lavender so that is on the way! Customer service was super easy to contact and extremely helpful! One tip during setup: I initially left the heat guard in place while melting the wax, and it took quite a while. Once I removed the guard and 2 blocks of wax, the wax melted much faster having direct contact with the base and the lid fit. After an hour I could add the remaining blocks. The included accessories are a nice bonus. It comes with a thermometer, plastic mittens and booties, and fabric covers to help retain heat. The quality was better than I expected. I do plan to upgrade to heavier fabric covers that are slightly larger. I wear a women’s 10.5, and while the booties fit, they are a bit snug but still usable. They kept the heat in for 20 minutes. The spatula and brush are useful if you want to apply wax higher on the wrist or ankle after dipping. Elbows were actually easy to dip directly due to the large, level basin design. Overall, this feels like excellent value for the price. The large capacity comfortably fits hands, larger feet, and elbows. The quality exceeded my expectations, and I’m very happy with this purchase.

This was my first paraffin wax experience and I absolutely LOVE this product my feet and hands feel so soft! The size of the machine is perfect to fit my size 10 woman foot. The wax took longer than 30-1 hour at first to heat up but once it was heated the first time it only took 30 minutes every other time. The wax is so easy to take off the brushes and to take out to clean the machine. The quality of the machine and wax is too tier! The only downside is I wish the set came with some other scented wax but overall it’s a 100/10 for me

So far I’m really loving this wax melting machine. It holds all 6 blocks of wax easily. It’s easy to use and set up. I also appreciate that this paraffin wax set comes with all items needed, like the plastic gloves and booties and the heat retainer gloves and booties. I’m not super crazy about the lavender scent, and would prefer non scented for sure, but the lavender isn’t overpowering in smell, so that’s good. It does take a bit to get all the wax melted, but the reservoir is big enough to dip in feet without issue. I dip them a few times, then put the booties on and relax. Removal is easy, non staining and my feet are so incredibly soft after! I appreciate the affordability of this product too!

I’ve really enjoyed using this paraffin wax machine! The setup was easy, it heats evenly, and the wax stays at a perfect temperature for hands and feet. It has been wonderful for soothing aches, stiffness, and dry skin—my hands haven’t felt this soft in a long time! I also appreciate the thoughtful design and how clean and simple it is to use. Customer service has been responsive and helpful, which is a big plus. Overall, a great product—definitely glad I purchased it!

This has helped our hands out tremendously! We love that it comes with the plastic gloves as well. The fit of the gloves seem to work for almost all hand sizes.

Works well once the wax FINALLY melts- a process that takes over an hour. I’m still playing with the best location to set it up as it must be below shoulder level to properly dip your hands but not so low that you’re bending over to use it. The odour of the wax is pleasant and it’s not too difficult to remove once cooled.

I have had pain in my hands for years. They finally diagnosed me with sjogrens disease with scleroderma. Some days the pain is unbearable making it hard to even use my hands and fingers. Since I purchased this paraffin wax machine I have used it once every day. And I can tell it is helping. The heat therapy is great. I love the accessories that came with it. This is a wonderful product and I recommend this machine.
