I 100% know these gummies work for me, and I’ll explain how I know that. First off, I had another magnesium gummy by Garden of Life that I took 3-4 a day of. They literally did nothing for me. I had two other kinds of magnesium in capsule form I took as well. Then I started taking 3-4 Mag Calm gummies per day. This is how I know for certain that Mag calm gummy wasn’t causing the placebo effect: (If it were all my symptoms would have improved with the other magnesium gummy/capsules if I was prone to that effect.) 1. I have been going through more stress in the last couple of months, and I always seem to get “bound up”/constipated during those times. The Mag Calm VERY quickly took care of that, allowing for better, softer-but not loose “movements” I’m purposely using less graphic language, because I know that can be TMI for some. 2. I more easily fell asleep and stayed asleep. I was more relaxed, calm, and sleepy. I even started having better dreams. I was going through gut wrenching grief/mourning/depression due to loss of my beloved father. This provided a small measure of comfort and relief. It really helped ease my anxiety and so on. (Probably because in part, I could finally get to sleep without the use of Benadryl.) 3. I stopped getting occasional Charlie horses in my feet and calves. My partner gets restless legs at night, and it helped him enormously. 4. We monitor our blood pressure at home with an automatic BP cuff, and both our numbers are lower/improving. I even feel this has helped me reduce Bruxism/teeth grinding at night. (The reduction in tension combined with lower BP?) The taste is a tiny bit sour but mostly sweet. They are delicious little gummy treats I look forward to every day! I used to take the powder in water from this company however I could not stand the taste of that. Plus it gave me bad bloating/gas. These gummies DO NOT give digestive problems for me. I would definitely go slow with how many you eat at a time at first just in case you’re sensitive to digestive issues though! Start out with one or two or do divided doses. Lastly, I feel this helps reduce my appetite. Maybe getting the magnesium your body needs helps you not crave extra food? I will most definitely be a customer for life with these gummies! They are awesome! Highly recommend.

These are really good. I just wish they won't sugar coated, i rinse off the sugar and they're still good.They work fine.I just wish to come sugarless..

Works like a charm, but also works as a laxative. Taste like candy every night. I don’t take it every day anymore. I take it every other day. I don’t know how much it calms me, but I sleep.

This is an awesome supplement. unique and fresh taste. easily dissolves in water and instantly sorts out any muscle cramps. very handy in my current ketogenic lifestyle. I have recommended it to my sister who can't swallow tablets!!!

I had been drinking the powder form of Calm and it was okay but sometimes hard to get down. The gummies are perfect. They are tasty and easy to eat. When I travel I am able to simply put some in a baggie and take them with me. With the powder I had to try and always find hot water to mix it. These make life so much easier. I use them because I can't poop regularly. I eat 4-6 of these a day and no more issues. Everything runs smoothly. They are really a life saver.
