Is this bottle OSHA Compliant?

Sorry this eye wash kit is not OSHA compliant, it is designed for temporary emergency use to support you to reach the eye wash station.

Besides opening the bottle caps can I open both of them and put my whole face on the device to use it?

We recommend that you only open one eyewash bottle at a time to wash your eyes and face, when using. Cuz it could give you more control over the eyewash bottle and the flow. And if you need more clean water to wash your face or eyes, then you have the second one to open.
