I’ve owned another hydrogen water bottle in the past that stopped working shortly after the warranty period, so durability and support mattered to me this time. So far, this PIURIFY bottle has been well-built and easy to use. It charges normally, runs consistent cycles, and the output seems strong based on taste and feel. I won’t claim long-term durability yet, but initial quality is clearly better than the last unit I owned. One important point: PIURIFY does offer a lifetime warranty, but you need to register it. I registered using my Amazon order number on their website and received immediate confirmation that the warranty is active. No paper card was included in my box, so it’s worth doing this proactively. Customer service responsiveness and long-term reliability will ultimately determine how great this product is, but based on build quality, performance so far, and confirmed warranty registration, I’m satisfied with the purchase at this point. I’ll update if anything changes over time.

This company is amazing, responsive and helpful!! I ordered via Amazon but (of course) the package arrived without the bottle (most likely an Amazon error). When I reported this to Amazon with videos they told me to file a police report and showed no care to help. Order this through Piurify’s website directly because they will assist you with any issues at all, Amazon will not. I REALLY like the look of the bottle and it works great. I’m excited to see if I feel any health benefits from using it and will update with those results. Thank you!

First off, the directions are fairly good, but there’s some things to be aware of. (which is partly why I’ve reserved a star.) Some of the directions are contradictory. For instance, in the booklet it will tell you to run the system a couple times, empty the water, and then fill it up and run it again, and yet in little tiny print that you could easily miss on the bottle itself on a decal, it says that running the system more than twice within 10 minutes is prohibited! I was told by AI that this particular unit had a lifetime warranty, however, nothing is mentioned of the sort in what I received. I’ll go to the website and see if I can find out something about that but apparently it’s something that needs to be registered. Not sure if this is a problem, but the directions call for a Walwart that runs at 5 V 2 A (which means 5 volts 2 amps, And both of the ones I have are rated for 5 V 3 A. I suppose this is something else I’ll have to chase up with the company to see if it’s a big deal or not. I would think that if it is, then they should have provided one with the unit.. They do provide a Type C cable, which is the standard for today. This one is not a type C on both ends, however, so, you’ll need a walwart that has the older USB type connector, which is what they provide you with on the other end. They also provide a cannular tube that I don’t remember reading about, in case you want to inhale the gases directly, but despite what you may think, they actually say it’s more advantageous to drink it then inhale it. Oh, and mine came with an additional little rubber plug that they don’t even show in the list of included items, and I assume that this is to go into the base of the unit when not in use, as it doesn’t look like it would fit anywhere else. Other than that, not much to comment on. Directions are fairly straightforward and easy to follow. The little video that they tell you to watch by scanning the code is worthwhile. Who’s to know if this technology actually works? But I’ll update this in time to let people know whether I feel any difference or not.. as for the unit in general, it has the general feel of being quality built, and according to the AI searches I did this is one of the better ones you can get. But just to clarify, the so-called bottle itself is plastic. I don’t know about you, but when I think bottle, I immediately associate that with Glass so if that’s a dealbreaker for you, you won’t want this unit. Having said that, I think the plastic is supposed to be a very high grade one and I wouldn’t think would be a problem as far as micro plastics are concerned because basically you’re filling it operating it for five or 10 minutes and then drinking it right away. It’s not like it’s soaking up anything over a long period of time like the water bottles. Everybody has been consuming over the past 20 years. As with all electronic devices, it’s best to read all of the directions prior to use, especially this thing, because you can screw it up. Above all, DO NOT push any buttons without it being loaded up with water or you can ruin it!, Which means, you should keep it away from children at all costs because for sure, the first thing they’ll do is press a button button. Update: now that I’ve had the unit for a few weeks, here’s what I’ve found. Takes quite a while to charge (just over 3 hours) once fully depleted. Once fully charged, I get ten 10 min uses out of it till it dies and needs to be recharged. I can’t say that I’ve noticed any difference in my energy levels or anything else for that matter, which isn’t to say it isn’t doing what it’s supposed to, but definitely don’t expect any miracles. Probably more of a placebo effect than anything when it comes to people claiming miraculous results.

I bought the Piurify pitcher last year on Prime Day. An investment I've never regretted. Not only do I drink this water but I also use it on my skin and it does wonders. My first experience was putting a drop on an open wound on my arm resulting from a skin biopsy. If I hadn't seen what a single drop of hydrogen water could do with my own eyes I would have never believed it. But within about 10 minutes I watched a crater of open flesh close up like something you would see on a science fiction movie. That was it. I was sold. I keep several double walled stainless steel 20 oz containers in my refrigerator with hydrogen water in them. If I open a container and pour some out I usually pour the remainder back into the pitcher and re hydrogenate the water. I try not to save the water for more than 24 hours to make sure it's strong. Enter the Piurify hydrogen bottle. What a wonderful convenience! I LOVE IT. This I take along if I travel. Also, I found small10 oz. bottles of purified water. They are the perfect size to fill the hydrogenator bottle. After I hydrogenate each bottle of water I pour it back into the original plastic bottle and take along when I'm away from my house for the day or at night when heading to bed. That way I have fresh hydrogen water to use to wash my face or to drink through the night. It has both a 5 and 10 minute cycle. I always go for the 10. It's a well made product and it looks like a high tech piece of equipment. It's so easy to use. I have not tried the nasal cannula yet, but will eventually give that a whirl. My results: I have used it topically for a year. I think it has toned my skin and helped it stay very healthy looking. I have experienced faster healing from cuts and scrapes. Way faster! I have applied it to places where I've had spots, small lesions removed. They are barely visible. As far as drinking the water. It has given me such a boost in my energy level. A great side effect is I've lost some inches around the waist. For me, it seems to curb my appetite. I just don't have the same hunger pains when I drink hydrogenated water regularly. By the way, the taste of the water is fresh and clean. It's odorless. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed by this company and their products.

For me, after about a week of consistently drinking the water, my skin started to get really smooth and clear, I take that as a sign that it's doing good things for my insides as well. Otherwise it's up to you to determine . What really matters is, does the bottle produce the advertised Part Per Billion (PPB)? I am not affiliated with any of these companies and did not receive any compensation for writing this review. The last couple of months I have purchased 5 different bottles from 5 different companies. I have done both digital and reagent blue drop testing on all of them. And here are the results... Starting with the worst first, "HydroLite", DO NOT BUY! It is a scam/ghost company! (Not on Amazon) It was $250 lost and a lesson learned. Their refund/return policy is so deceptive, I could not even get my money back from PayPal. Without going into the months of headache and 40 emails, don't take my word for it, go to "TrustPilot.com" and type in HydroLite and see all negative reviews. HydroLite does not allow people to post reviews to their website. DO NOT BUY!! Purify- ($158) claims 3000 PPB- closer to 1500 PPB- battery went super low within a week and would only do one session on a battery charge. Returned. Purepebrix "2024 Advanced Hydrogen Water Bottle"-($112) -claims 4400 PPB, closer to 2000ppb- small water capacity. Returned. Prodigy X- ($128) -claims 10,000 PPB, closer to 1,800 PPB - Enough said about that, don't deceive me like that. BUZIO ($70) (the best I've found) -claims 3,000 PPB, actual closer to 2,500 PPB. longer battery life for multiple uses and larger water capacity. It's interesting that this bottle claims the least PPB, but actually produces the most, this is as close to honest as I found in any of the water bottles. And it's the cheapest!
