Installed this harness to run some Baja Sqaudron Sport lights on my Silverado. So far so good. This harness was only available in the 2 lead,16 gauge version but surprisingly it is actually heavier gauge than the included harness from Baja, 16 gauge vs 18 gauge. Everything was straight forward, easy install. Was concerned that I’d have to run the on/off switch, to utilize the remote control feature. You don’t. I just unplugged it, zip tied and covered the end w ductape. These remote controlled harnesses are great for people that don’t wanna run wires through the firewall. All the amps and specs on the relay are the same on the Baja harness so should last. Fingers crossed on how the remote control holds up. 🤞

5 Stars – Works Perfect on My 2025 Colorado Trail Boss (Wiring Harness Only – Here’s the Fix) I installed the Nilight wiring harness on my 2025 Chevy Colorado Trail Boss. The harness is good quality, but the instructions don’t explain how to wire it so the switch only works when the truck is on. Here’s what I did: • Used a Micro2 fuse tap on Fuse F31 (Powertrain IGN 1) in the under-hood fuse box — this fuse is ignition-switched on my Trail Boss. • Ran that ignition power wire to the yellow wire on the switch. • Cut the yellow wire going to the relay and left the relay side disconnected. • Left the red and black wires connected as they came from the harness. Now the switch only works with the ignition on, and the fog lights can’t accidentally be left on. Clean, simple setup once you know what to do. This worked perfectly on my 2025 Trail Boss, but fuse positions may vary by trim — double-check your layout. Posting this to save someone else the hassle.

Good Quality

The fastest way to safely wire a set of auxiliary lights on modern vehicles of any type. As usual the self adhesive pad for the control switch was useless, but I removed it and put on a fresh one of genuine 3M tape and all is good. Definitely the cheapest way to go.

Easy to install. Love the remote. No need to run wires into the vehicle. Hang the remote somewhere easily accessible and off you go.

The harness is really good, easy to use and install, bur i ordered it feb 13th, says i will receive in 4 days...2 weeks after didnt receive...package was lost....they sent it back...received march 29 !!! So if you are hurry...be patient
