I ordered this after reading the specs and reviews, since I have a Surface Pro 3 that is circa 2014 and my built-in Surface Pro 3 battery life had been reduced to less than one hour on a full charge. I love the Surface because I travel a fair amount and being able to work after boarding the plane, during takeoff, and during landing, are big deals to me. So the Surface is great since it isn't a laptop and is allowable for use at all times on board aircraft. But due to my lack of battery life, I was losing productivity on my flights and on short airport layovers if I couldn't find a convenient electrical outlet to charge my Surface. This monster of a backup battery comes with a nifty Surface Pro 3 charging cable that serves as a replacement for the standard charger, but hooks up to the BatPower ProE2 backup battery. I've used this thing on 4-hour flights and it still has half a charge left when I land. This includes me charging my phone as well while simultaneously charging my Surface Pro 3. I've carried backup batteries for years, but never one capable of charging a tablet as large as the Surface Pro 3. And while it is larger than any other battery that I've every carried, it's not overwhelmingly large and I don't mind its extra heft given it's awesome output and lasting power. So far, so good on the quality of this battery. It looks great, looks very well made, and seems to be working like a charm. I've only had it a couple of months, an unless something drastically bad happens, I won't be updating this review again. I'm pleased with my purchase and I checked this aspect beforehand since I travel a lot: You may need to check with individual airlines to ensure that this battery is okay with them to be transported on board due to it being over 100Wh. I checked with Southwest Airlines and they had no problem with it, and I travel Southwest most of the time. I will be checking with other airlines if / when I travel on them, as I would hate to have any issues at the airport with transporting a battery of this capacity. The TSA has no issues with this battery as long as your airline allows you to carry it on board. So just do your homework on various airlines that you travel and this battery should serve as a good option to extend your battery life on the Surface Pro 3.

This is honestly my first product review on Amazon and the only reason I'm leaving the feedback is because of how amazing this product is. 40,000 mAh external battery!!! This thing is a beast! Just to put it into perspective, you can go well over a week with just this and your iPhone (or any other smartphone for that matter) without ever having to plug into an outlet... Beyond that, I am able to carry my Surface Pro and all my other electronics (iPhone and Bluetooth headphones) and leave all charging accessories behind besides this. It has a neat, soft, breathable travel bag to go along with it and fits all the necessary cables and items I need for it. It comes with the A/C charging brick if your hunkered down at home or a hotel and while your on the go, you can plug into the external battery. Literally, THE ALL-IN-ONE BATTERY. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. I've only had it for a couple of days so time will test the durability, however, the performance and functionality is superb. A thorough review should always contain feedback as well and my tiny bit is; it has an indicator light to show when it is actively charging (which is great, surprisingly, not all external batteries do that). My only suggestion is that instead of the light blinking on the first indicator light, it should blink on the corresponding light to show it's current battery life. Honestly, not a big deal at all. I'm detailed and a stickler for small details. Regardless, still a 5-star product all day, every day.

My family has two Surface tablets and a slew of devices that need to be charged or run off of USB power. I bought this system (ProE 2 ES10) in 2020 and it gives me true portability for whatever I need to take on the road with me. Pros: - Charger is the best I have purchased and I love that there are two USB ports. - Battery outputs cover any need I have encountered. Last year I had a power outage that lasted about 12 hours which was during my work-from-home workday. My router/modem are on a hefty UPS, so with this system I was able to keep my computer and my phone working and even ran a USB powered light after it got dark! Cons: - Honestly, I can't state any. The only issue I have had was that I misplaced the cable that goes from the charger to the battery for the 90 W charge and I can't order that cable individually. However, I also have the BatPower Car Charger which also has that cable, so I have been able to keep going. Recommendation to BatPower: please carry your cables as individual orders. They are the components that are most likely to be lost while on the road.

UPDATE 12-26-18: I had the "opportunity" to use the battery pack on the days leading up to Xmas. Power went out at my house, so in the evenings after work, I used the external battery to entertain myself with my Surface. I put the Surface on battery saver, and used my phone's hotspot for internet. Worked like a champ. Over two and a half days, about 12 hours total, I was able to stream football, watch a couple movies, and still had half the battery pack left when it was all said and done. I'd say that was a pretty good test. ------------------------- I'm a new Surface Pro 5 owner, and as with most of my electronics, I'm paranoid about not being able to charge my devices. I use the surface for work and play, so with this charger/battery combo, I have the original surface charger at home, this charger at work, and the battery back I take on the road. I haven't had to use the battery yet, but the charger I use every day, and it does a stellar job. Fit, finish, and function are perfect. It's a bit pricey, but it's well worth every penny. Highly recommended.

I travel for work and use the ProE 2 to recharge my surface pro laptop while on long-haul trips or even in the back of taxis. Given it has the 3 USB ports and the 1 laptop charging output, I charge my watch, headphones, phone and laptop all at the same time!! Couldn't be happier with it and I bought it 2 years ago. Still working great.

Surface Pro 2017 をメインマシンとして使用しています。 純正アクセサリーではないので、万が一本体に悪影響があっては非常に困りますが、５日程度かなりフルに使用しても問題はなかったです。 家でバッテリー＆Surface本体に充電 → 外出時はACアダプタを持ち出さず、内蔵バッテリーまたはこちらのバッテリーを接続する使用方法で、丸一日12時間程度まで活動が可能になりました。 電源のある場所に縛られずに活動できるのでストレスが減り、効率も上がりました。 その分、出費と、持ち歩き重量は増えましたが、そのせいもあって、日帰りの時はACアダプタ持ち歩くのを止めました。 （追記） 注意点が一点ありました。 BatPower の電源をオフの状態で Surface Pro と接続して、 BatPower の電源を入れると Surface Pro から電流が逆流します。 Surface Pro のバッテリー残量が少ない時にこれを行ってしまい、 Surface Pro がバッテリー切れ状態になり、１分間程度使用できなくなってしまいました。今は気をつけるようにしていますが、最初は何が起こったのか分からず動揺しました。星１個マイナスです。

DC出力は15/12Vのため、ノートPCの充電はできないものがあります。 手持ちのSurfaceはOKでしたが、入力が20VのノートPCはダメでした。 USBポートにつなぐ機器はスマホやタブレットならば大丈夫ですが、ウェアラブル機器や充電式ペンだと無理でした。 要求電力が小さすぎても充電できないようです。 大容量なのが魅力的ですが、何でも充電できる物ではないことと、容量が大きすぎるために飛行機内持ち込み不可な点にはご注意ください。

I bought the 40000mAh battery pack and it is fantastic! It came with a variety of charging cables so I can charge my phone and tablet at the same time quickly. The pack lasts for quite a few charges too; about 8 charges for my phone and two and half for just the tablet. The power pack charges up very quickly too and doesn't take all night like some other power packs I researched before purchasing this one. This pack came with the required cables for my devices like the Surface Pro and USB-C. At one point my friends and I had an iPhone, a Galaxy phone, my Surface Pro, and my phone all charging from the power pack, while using the devices and it kept up with no problems. It didn't come with the charger for the iPhone though, but did come with cables for everything else. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for power on the go. Very pleased with this purchase!

Ordered this after I saw a friend of mine using it. Have had it for 3 weeks now. Exactly as described on the website. Quick delivery. Product works exactly as described. Great selection of ports provides a very convenient charging station for my various devices. You need to pay attention to the instructions for outputting 15V vs. 12V when using the DC output for Microsoft Surface devices (newer devices and the Surface Book 2 require 15V DC). Highly recommended!
