This continues to be a good quality product and always happy to purchase. Good intense flavour and can add umami flavour to many dishes.

Was quite strong flavors,large jar lasts ages. I would not buy again as to expensive. Product is very good.

A fine miso

Great product, but terrible packaging!, bought several and threw them out as they all leaked, however that does not detract from the fine product, will not order again, but will buy, just not online

This is a delicious jar of goodness which is very versatile. It can be made into a nourishing drink simply by mixing a teaspoon of Barley Miso in a mug of boiling water. Then it can be added to stews, sauces or gravy to add a distinctive flavour. I love it but not to everybodys' taste.

There's little better as a base for sauces or gravy. Makes a fantastic basic ingredient for haricot bean curry! And you can feel extremely virtuous as it is impeccably pure and healthy!
