I have ongoing knee issues (bone-on-bone patellofemoral arthritis, plus a new tibial plateau fracture ). I've tried several braces over the years and for me, this brace is the most comfortable and best fitting knee brace that I have found. Most braces put pressure directly on my patella which flares the arthritis pain, this one fits my kneecap just right without pushing it or putting pressure on it. It is a longer brace style that gives great structural support. The adjustable support bands give a custom fit all around. I don’t get the same gaps and bunches I have experienced with other braces and I don’t need to pull up a slipping brace all day. This one stays perfectly in place every single time. It is very supportive but flexible and allows me a good range of motion as my post-injury activity tolerance has increased. I’ve been using it for the past 3 weeks at work which includes a daily average of walking 3-4miles throughout our building. So far it has been a great quality and despite 3 weeks of all day use, shows no visual signs of wear. *****Updated - I wore this brace daily for 4 months and it still looks and preforms like it’s new! Nothing has worn out. Seriously, this is the best knee brace I’ve ever used. Update #2 - Another year and severe knee injury later (my 3rd tibial plateau fracture + patella fracture) and this brace is still going strong and fits better than all my hinged braces from ortho! Best support and no slipping. I will note that I didn’t begin using this brace until after my fractures were fully healed and my Dr and PT ok'd moving to a lighter brace. This may be the best and most comfortable brace I’ve ever owned, but it is NOT a substitute for a Dr ordered, post surgical hinged brace.

I have purchased several other knee brace apparatus. I have severe arthritis in my knee and I have a torn meniscus that can’t be operated on so this was my only other option. I’ve returned all of the other knee braces I’ve ever purchased just received this one. I put it on. It fits great it does not slip and fall and it actually has braces on the side that actually give me support. Highly recommend.

Bought for problems with MCL. Knee feels so much more stable. Brace is comfortable but can tend to be a bit warm if wearing for multiple hours
