3M 07445 Scotch-Brite Light Cleansing Pad - Single Pad

Works great!

I first bought this for my mother-in-law out of exasperation when I had to live with her a summer. She only buys non-stick cookware, and it only stays that way for a couple of months--or, in the case of the brand new pan while I was there, a single week. This drove me batty because I did all the cooking while my family was there. Finally I realized it was the way she cleaned them that destroyed them. So I bought her ANOTHER set AND this pad. Ta-da!!! The summer proceeded in culinary calm and I set up an auto-order for my MIL at her request. Once our house closed, I was reunited with my precious stainless steel set, but my hubby has the same stubborn attachment to non-stick so he has his pan (hey, I'm supportive he makes fantastic eggs) and I got this pad for my household immediately because it's that nice. I also love that we can cut this down to a size we want. Basically, get this.

Put a dozen coats of satin poly on my tabletop. Was curious to see it glossy. Used these pads to apply a coat of Minwax, also to buff out a few little nibs. Worked great. Took a lot of muscle and a few cloths to get it all polished out by hand, lol. Next time less Minwax.

Some times it does not matter how well I clean my print bed I can have issues (especially with small parts) now normally a sink wash with Dawn detergent does a great job of bringing it back to life but after over 2 years that started to not always work. So, I got this bad, it's like an abrasive but very fine and does not put noticeable scratches on the bed but after using this pad and then cleaning with some IA it works like a champ again. I only have to use it every 50 prints or so and even then only when I am doing small stuff that does not like to stick.

There is nothing on the packaging or on the product to indicate that this is an authentic 3M product so... it's probably not. Returned.

You can but 20 for $3.15 a piece. If u buy 20. But cuz I only needed a singe to clean my guitar I’m paying almost 5 times that. I realize it was my choice but that’s ridiculous gouging and Amazon should do something about it. Two stars cuz it’s not the products fault product was fine but the business practices of the seller are shameful
