I bought this 5-litre jug of lemon-scented washing up liquid with low expectations—cheap and cheerful was all I wanted. What I got was a silent juggernaut of clean. It doesn’t foam? At first, I thought that meant it wasn’t working. But then I tested it—no soaking, no scrubbing, just deliberate trial after trial: dried-on tea, soup, smoothie residue, grubby worktops, silicone mats, even device screens (use a rung out microfibre cloth wipe screen then dry thoroughly with a fresh microfibre cloth). One by one, they surrendered. No lingering smell, no fuss. Just clean. Foaming doesn't equal effectiveness with very low foam it's easier to dry clear. The label reveals it’s built for commercial use, with instructions for floors, paintwork, cars. And despite the red diamond warning and eye irritation caution, it’s biodegradable and eco-conscious. A quiet powerhouse. I didn’t buy bubbles. I bought results. And this delivered—stoically, efficiently, and with lemon-scented dignity. Clearly, it was never just about crockery and glassware.😄

Excellent quality and value

The worst washing up ever bought! Not concentrated at all I have to put almost a glass full on the water to get a light foam that doesn’t clean at all or dissolve the grease or smell. Each time I have to put the soap on the sponge to remove 50% of the dirt. Most of the time I need to rewash everything with new water. Glasses also stained. Looks like you save money because it’s a good bargain but more product needs to be used. Don’t buy

So, I bought a huge bottle to tide me over Christmas instead of buying the leading brand. It’s ok if you’re not washing up after a roast dinner but it doesn’t cut through grease like you’d hope it would unless you use A LOT. I’ve used 1.5 litres of it in just over a week but my dishes and oven trays are clean.

Good quality washing up liquid that works! Not a lot of suds but still works perfectly fine. The liquid could be a little more concentrated as it is a little thin and therefore needs a little more to work, but I am guessing they have watered it down to keep costs low. A more concentrated product would mean a higher price. Simple quantity over quality ratio. However, as I've said above, the quality is still outstanding. The bottle doesn't leak, its easy enough to pour (I decant into a used 500ml washing up liquid bottle) a funnel would be advisable - for the customer to provide obviously! I like the smell - not overpowering and a nice lingering scent of lemon, the colour is yellow as you would expect. All in all - I would recommend and would buy again.

I always buy this and have done for many months,but this time I was so disappointed. It literally seems like someone just mixed water with yellow colour!! It does not lather up and is just like water. Very disappointed!! Will not be ordering again
