This seasoning is delicious and goes with just about any food. It has a brown sugar and bourbon flavor with just a bit of heat. You get a large bottle of seasoning so it is worth the price. You can sprinkle on a little or a lot. I use it on pork and vegetables. It is particularly delicious on carrots.
