The product is very helpful but if I had to give a number out of 10 I would give it a 4 out of ten The camera is full of features, the quality is good but not great, and the price doesn't really match the quality of the product, the price seems too high in my opinion, and I think the camera server needs to be updated a lot because the videos are more than a minute long. No, to watch the video, the video turns off on the mobile and has to be restarted

i am from Bidar, Karnataka was searching for security dash camera with 24x7 surveillance, asked from local shops and dealers. did not got the right product for my driving school vehicles for safety & live surveillance. got it from SRS ABSOLUTE through Amazon, contacted company support for the installation and setup. Pros i found : • only LTE dashcam which actually works • support is amazing, supported on video call during installation, setup as well guided how to use. • initially had connection issues, supported team sorted the service activation in a day. • live SOS/ Panic button works good, sends picture with event timestamp, location and images on mobile when i am in office. • remote live access works good with both cameras. • cabin inside camera is infra Red & quality is very good • best product for remote surveillance to avoid any possible issues related to our business/customer safety. • Intecom works good via dashcam, microphone & speaker quality is good. • Build quality is really durable & study with lightweight  once device started working, checked whether we can apply in multiple vehicles, good to know, company provide service on AI dashboard for 24*7 live monitoring on computer & TV, plan to install in other vehicles, as everything works fine.  company suggested to opt for latest similar priced model for next vehicle and we can see all models videos and GPS tracking live together. our friends from automotive shops/dealers i shown, they taken photo of the device, they were looking since long. and it works. thats very good part. All good, but it should have hadeSIM instead of a physical one. Keep in mind to remove the SIM when you give your vehicle for servicing. The can be misused; which is exactly why an eSIM is preferred, as it cannot be stollen. Reverse camera does not have reverse gear connection.

It's really responsive 2) The fit & finish of the unit & the holders is really good 3) The switching of cameras during side turns is seamless and quick 4) The Audio quality is decent 5) It's a made for each other model for those who don't want to disturb the original equipment in car and wants to fix a 4 camera unit 6) The 24 hr parking surveillance and live preview works very well 7) The Kit is well designed with all connectors and fixtures 8) Very impressive packaging 9) Very good Post Sales support Cons 1) Camera resolution could be better 2) The Display resolution/ quality could be improved as it is not easy to see the display in bright day light. 3) The RAM also needs to be increased as applications like YouTube crashes at times because resource support is inadequate

I opted for the 1-channel Dash Cam, since I already owned a 70mai 4K Dash Cam, which I communicated very clearly and upfront. I required a 4G LTE dash cam for remote viewing. That was the reason for my purchasing the product. Initial Installation: 1. To my surprise, there is no option to install the dash Cam without Hardwiring, unlike other dash cams, which will provide you with a hardwire kit with fuses ( I believe those were standard type fuses, but not entirely sure, will come to that later). 2. Upon installation, I noticed that my car needed Micro2 fuses, and the product comes with a different one, so I cut the wire from the fuse's end and installed Micro2 fuses in the car. 3. Lastly, Jio SIM doesn't work with these 4G dash cams; for people considering, please take note. I think the company owners should know this and let the customer know upfront. Using the Product: 1. The footage is laggy, despite being in a good network coverage area. The app "HotKam' is Chinese, not sure if one should use it or not. 2. The GPS didn't work, the speed shows 0 KMPH in footage, the footage seems 480p, when the dashcam box says 2k dash cam. 3. Overall, the product seemed costly and not worth 7.5K INR, it should be around 3K at the most. 4. The time stamp on the video showed the time half an hour behind, to which the owner stated 'camera uses half an hour buffer", but in case you wanted to show the footage in case of a legal emergency, how will it provide a stronge evidence, when GPS coordinates are not moving and time is 30 minutes behind, so safety is compromised. Return Process: 1. So, I naturally returned the product (or at least requested a return) when I was apprised of loads of "Company policies", "Assessment reports" post return, "Valuation assessment" post return. Also, remember mentioning the fuses that they provide, as I mentioned above? They said they will fine me for cutting wires to install fuse, and the warranty is void since I had to cut the wire to install the dash cam. 2. To explain, if the set of fuses they provide is not universal and one has to go for the fuses that are relevant to their vehicle, how on earth will they install the dash cam without cutting off the fuses that the company provides? Seems to me an easy way of denying warranty. 3. Lastly, I was asked to go for an OBD2 adaptor to bypass hardwiring, but that too needed a cigarette lighter to work, which cost me additionally and proved to be of no use. To conclude: 1. I have not left with no option but to keep the dash cam with me as a reminder not to make poor purchase decisions in the future. 2. Better ask for their company policies in detail, before purchasing the product, and ask for conditions that they'll put on returning the product. 3. I was even indirectly accused of being a competitor's employee of using their product and now trying to return, I mean, wow!! So, I think do your due diligence before purchasing the product and only go for it once you are sure 100%.
