Great for what it is. Got for my dog with muscle issues (age) though I was fairly sure he wouldn't like it ... he loves it!! I also use it. No it doesn't keep the heat for long, (especially as I am very careful not to over heat for the dog) but that is basic physics; the greater the surface area the quicker the loss of heat.

Despite photos by other reviewers, this did not have pieces that ignited. That’s a relief! It’s not as full as I hoped, but I suppose enough because it takes a good 5 minutes at 900W to heat it properly (with a few flips while it’s going). Holds heat ok but less than expected (less than my smaller one from another brand)

Really good for pain or just to keep warm

Unfortunately would of been too big for my microwave so had to send back

I’m using the product as instructed and after 2 days it developed holes with the seeds spilling out.

The pad is very soft on one side only and the heat retention period is not very good less than 10 mins . It also does not get very warm so slightly disappointed

It works well, I needed for my back It gets warm in the microwave in 2 minutes. It’s nice and soft and large enough for my back.

I have purchased this item a couple of times. Excellent quality. Long enough to lay on. Holds its warmth very well. .

The product is of a good size and heats up very well and keeps the heat within for hot pack massages.

Holds heat well and works on many areas of the body due to shape and size.
