Not the same book as I ordered!
If I wanted this one, I’d of ordered this one! I wanted the cartoon style birds not this!! I already have this! If you didn’t have this particular one you should’ve emailed me. Same name or not, it is NOT the book advertised!

I bought these to add as part of class valentine loot for my 2nd grader. I was planning to leave the sheet of paper whole but without the book to instruct I think it would be hard to just receive the sheet of paper and do anything but the standard paper airplane fold. I made 7 different airplanes tonight following the fairly simple instructions and they are stunning sight folded, they look very sophisticated. Then for the best part, oh my did they fly and swoop and glide and while my children slept, I played with our cat throwing them all over and he chasing and catching them! I very highly recommend this book of paper airplanes.

My children (6 and 10 years) LOVE these paper airplane books from Usborne. I gave two of them to one child for Christmas and my older child (who I didn't expect to care) wanted her own book as well. It has been a fun activity for both of them and they've enjoyed the pretty designs of each 'bird,' as well as seeing how different shapes create different flight patterns. I also got the airplane version for my youngest. Some designs needed a little boost of scotch tape, which gave more structure or weight to the 'bird' and helped it fly better, so if giving as a gift, add a role of scotch tape as well. Overall, this is a great gift idea for birthdays, holidays, and quiet time. It's now one of my go-to birthday gifts for children. Highly recommend!

This book is the biggest hit with my 6 year old and any other kid who gets their hands on it. We got it as a gift in the summer and brought it with us to visit multiple family/friends. It kept kids from 5-12 entertained for hours, and it's fun for grown ups too. Kids six and under usually need help following the directions to make the planes, but I think most 7 yr olds and up can do it themselves (maybe with help on the first one.)

My son loves folding and flying these. Great for anyone learning origami. Lots of nice designs.
