Good product, came with instruction and for the price ...
Good product, came with instruction and for the price you can’t beat it. The quality of the item is very high for the price. Does not feel cheap at all. Perfect for a home gym. Perfect bit of kit for working out your arms without evolving you back. Which was the plan for me as I have a back issues. Specifically a week back and am going core exercises to fix this. If I wanted to do strength training at the same time as repairing my back with conventional weight lifting techniques e.g. standing bicep curls or concentration curls I would have put my back out again ! I would recommend to any with similar problems

Strong & sturdy.
It wasn't the easiest to assemble, I had numerous phoncalls withy dad to work out how to tighten the nuts which required 2 spanners & a bit of patience! Since then I couldn't fault this amazing piece of equipment! I'm a larger lady & I curl fairly heavy weights, I have also used the bar stand to do bench dips, this can withstand some serious wear & tear! Lots of height settings for both the bench & seat so suitable for anyone, I would totally recommend it.

For the money, its ok. But feels a but unstable when putting 40kg plus on the curl bar.
Relatively cheap and sitting / curl postion is fine. Although, if you are planning on eventually curling more than 40kg [in total with bar], I would look at something more solid. I would give this 3 stars as it is a fair price, easy to assemble and disassemble if you are short of space and does the job. But as you progress through home workouts, you might find that it only takes you so far and like me, might be looking for a more solid [and probably more expensive] piece of equipment after a couple of months.

Preacher bench
For the price I think you would be hard pressed to find better. Well padded seat and arm rest. Easily assembled and strong enough to load with a fair amount of weight. What else do you need? Might not be as good as your local gym, but for home use its excellent value for money.

Great bit of kit
Great bit of kit. Very good quality, as others have said...It's like something you'd actually find in a gym. I was also impressed by the pad thickness. I had a York one before and on heavy weights you'd 'bottom out' the pad making your elbows sore. Not with this one. The pad density is perfect and it's comfortable to use.

OK for children
This machine is ok if you are 5'5 or a child. If you are taller than that then I'd give it a miss. Not sturdy or worth the money.
