6-24 ft Long Telescopic Extension Pole, Multi-Purpose Extendable Pole with Universal Twist-on Metal Tip, Lightweight Sturdy Aluminum Telescoping Pole for Painting, Dusting and Window Cleaning

Absolutely solid extension tool that can reach VERY high and is totally sturdy. Used it today to reach over 30ft to the upper eaves of my roof. I needed to pull down bunched-up pine straw while standing on a ladder. Even with the arms extended all the way, it was totally stable and easy to adjust as I pulled the bunches closer. My only gripe is that while the screw head is indeed a universal size, the base of the screw tip widens out. So make sure that any add-ons don't have screw threads too far up a cover tube or the extender's screws won't reach it. I ended up cutting off about one inch of the plastic tubing from an old broom's brush head and then they married up just fine. Even with this minor fix, this item's telescoping arms work much better than the others where you have to add sections one at a time, especially when you are up high on a ladder.

This was a total lifesaver, instead of standing on a ladder all day I was able to stay on solid ground to access super tall portions of my house and others. The extension didn't flex as much as I thought which was awesome. I've used it for several jobs and it still works great!

I purchased this for a specific and probably unusual purpose: To allow the movement of storage boxes from a ladder at the opening of a storage area built on what would be garage ceiling joists were the garage to have a ceiling. There is robust decking secured onto those joists to allow considerable storage. It is possible to crawl around in that area with out undue trauma, but it is vastly less hassle to set things up to keep crawling to a minimum. So, there is a system wherein two uniform sizes of boxes---pretty large ones and standard banker's boxes---numbered (very large numbers) and indexed as to contents are placed in the storage area after a 1/4-inch rope has been firmly secured around the front, sides, and back of each with a three or four inch loop at the front. Properly set up to take into account what contents will be required most, plus room for moving boxes around laterally as well as toward and away from the access opening, it has been possible, with a little practice, to have access to boxes without much hassle and to move them around as necessary. It is this extension pole that makes all the difference. With a really well designed and sturdy push-pull hook (also obtained through Amazon: DOCAZOO DocaPole Big-Reach Pole Hook Attachment) at the end, moving the boxes is not difficult at all, so long, of course, that I have positioned them properly (with the pole and hook, for the most part) in the first place. I have had other extension poles for various purposes---tree-trimming, house painting, extending a chain saw, etc.---but this one is the most robust extension I can remember considering how long it extends. It would be too heavy for painting or tree-trimming, but then if it were light enough for those purposes, it would not work very well for my need. This extension pole is one of the best tool buys I ever have made.

I am not as steady as I used to be so looked for something to clean leaves and branches from the roof and gutters guards without ascending to the heights myself. I also bought the green gutter brush that screws onto the end. The pole extends far enough to reach the top of the garage and the gutter guards all around the house and works perfectly. I thank you as do my wife and daughter who were concerned about my 74-year-old body wandering around on the roof. After having used this for 9 months, I would add a couple things. First, it's best not to extend each section to the limit. I know from other extension poles that leaving an inch or so inside, keeps it from kinking. The problem I have is that there are not many attachments available. The Gutter Guard Brush by Gutterglove fits and cleans my gutter guards somewhat, but getting branches off my roof is a problem. I would love a lightweight plastic rake attachment. It claims to have a universal 3/4" thread, but most of the attachments I tried will not fit.

Excellent quality extension pole! Very strong in comparison with the Mr. Long Arm 24' poles. It is not a fishing rod when fully extended. The handles on this pole are 1.5", the 2nd section is 1.35", 1.20". 1.05" and the last top segment is 0.9" all sections are about 55" in length. Each section had a bottom clip forbidding it from being pulled out totally. not the same one as in the Home Depot's Unger brand triangle shape pole with a twist-on plastic tip threaded screw and one can pull out whole segments of the pole. For the Mr. Long Arm brand, the handles are 1.25", followed by 1.02", and the last segment of the pole is 0.9". In the picture you can see to match the last segment of pole length, the Mr. LongArm in a fully 92" length diameter of 0.9", vs. this pole's 0.9" at about 60% of length, and 40% length of 1.05" diameter. In other words, this extension pole gives you a lot more strength. Besides the specially-made aluminum rod had a slit on the aluminum pole which will not rotate when fully extended.

I got 2 of these to help me with my RV cover. The cover has pre sown in pockets to assist lifting on and off the fabric weather cover but came with several click together little metal tubes to make the length need, but were not sturdy and bent under of the weight of the cover, but the Telescoping Extension Poles were perfect for the cause.

Bought to try and get my Mini higher in more wooded campgrounds with out travel trailer. While it’s a bit wobbly at full extension, keeping the last two extensions about a foot shorter than full makes it much sturdier in wind. Used a 1/4-20 tap to thread a set screw to the end of the pole and then used a tripod adapter for the mini to attach. Still working out a good way to secure to trailer when setting up camp.
