I use this off and on. I apply it right in the middle of my sun spot to see if I can tell if its doing anything. I have 2 large ones on left cheek. The top one was 2 that became 1. I can definitely see a difference in it. Bottom one not as much but I have used it more on the too one. I think if you use it regularly it would definitely fade out alot. I still have some lighter spots in the top one so that just shows me that it has lasted a long time. No irritation, just out it on before going to bed and femove in the morning.

Doesn't work. Not even lighten. ZERO IMPROVEMENT AFTER 2 BOXES Here's 2 photos - one in October and one today. I started use in January. Went through 2 boxes. 16 patches. Used as directed, every 2-3 days... nothing. Can't tell the difference between before and after on my sunspot/age spot on my cheek.

I had light therapy (IPL and BBL) done for dark spots and moles, which left me with dark scars/spots on my face several months later. Nothing was helping with them, including scar tape and prescribed sera, so I decided to give these patches a try. They are significantly lightening and flattening my scars! I'm pleasantly surprised However, I have used a patch every night (8 hours or more) for weeks, so it is expensive (about $1.50 per patch). Also, I have to store them in the little plastic case they came in, as they will dry out and curl if left for weeks or months. Basically, I would give them 5 stars for efficacy, but I took off a star because they are so expensive in the context of continued use and because they don't store well.

My favorite. I wish you got more in a pack but they work so well. Although they are great, I add soursop drops on the pad before applying for an extra kick and it fakes my dark spots twice as fast.

Faded spot on face a bit. I used several boxes, probably 5, and its a bit lighter but didn’t get rid of it.

These work. Have had spot in middle of forehead for some time. Tried everything. Only this made a dent. Starting on my third box.

I used all 8 patches on 3 dark spots I had. One was an old scar that was quite dark but the others were new. I used the patched 3 night in a row to concentrate the result and honestly I can say you have to use severval packs per spot to see any difference.
