I already had a kitchen scale, but I needed a new one for making my sourdough bread. The scale I currently have does not allow me to see the numbers very easily. I like how the digital screen protrude’s out from the scale itself so that you can see what you’re weighing and how much it weighs. It makes the scale much more functional. Quality seems well-made and this was definitely affordable and it works well. I really like how the display screen is easy to see even when using my large mixing bowl.

This digital banking scale works fantastic. As anyone who knows Baking, you need to weigh your ingredients rather than scooping them out of the canisters. This easy to use and accurate digital scale can show grams and ounces. I have used this scale for three different types of bread. Regular yeast bread, sourdough bread and sourdough discard. Each bread came out fantastic, if I do say so myself! You know what Yogi Berra always say, “It ain’t bragging, if it’s true.” 😂 The scale comes in a very strong storage box and arrived before promised. Very pleased.

No issues with this scale. Bought recently to start monitoring my food portions better and have been using for over a month. I really like its simplicity, small size, light weight and affordable price point. It also shuts off automatically after a couple minutes.

This is a must have for sourdough bakers. It makes life so much easier as you can reset it to zero after the weight of the bowl as well as after the addition of each ingredient. At the end the only dirty dish you have is the single bowl holding the dough and you never get an error because you’ve exceeded the weight as this scale has a generous 11 pound limit. The display is bright, easily readable, and the scale must be accurate as my sourdough loaves are beautiful and tasty. The scale is flat and stores well in a drawer, very functional. This is a simple but accurate scale. I purchased a calibration weight to calibrate but I didn't have to. It's accurate and good quality. I purchased one 5 years ago that is still working great, so I purchased another one to use around the house. I like it because it's easy to use and it's small to store anywhere!

This scale is great quality and is great size. I use it to measure out my sourdough and it works great. I love how you can change from grams to ounces etc. Perfect for the price and would definitely recommend.

Having the batteries included was a nice touch — just switch it on and it’s ready to go. Measurements are accurate and consistent, and the tare function works exactly as it should. It’s compact enough to store easily but feels sturdy enough for everyday use. For the price, these are excellent value for money and feel like they’ll last far longer than cheaper alternatives. Don't know how long it will last. But so responsive, still stable in its measurements. I love it. Not beautiful though 😉

I love this scale, it tally's up ingredients if you add to it which is a function I never had available with other scales before. It is sturdy and I can clearly see the display when I have a large bowl on it. I use it for baking. More than I expected for the price I paid - I have bought expensive digital scales in the past and this is one is just as good, actually better as the display is well positioned so you can actually see the display - this has been the issue with the more square ones I have bought in the past where the digital display is imbedded at the end -it is often not visible when you place a larger bowl on them
