Tastes good, gets us through the day
We don't like coffee so this is a great substitute. One packet/day gets us through the work day and the drive home. Recommend it if you need caffeine and don't like coffee -- or even if you do.

Delicious, Effective, Expensive
Absolutely loved. Great taste. Goes a long way, too. I took a trip to Africa recently and distributed the contents of each package across several bottles. Kept me well-hydrated all day. In that breath, I did feel the NEED to stretch it out a bit, since the product is a bit on the expensive side for my taste. But would definitely recommend.

Good product
I first bought this at our local Walmart. But since it no longer carries this in store, I went to Amazon and ordered it twice. It has not been available on Amazon for a while now. Why? I don't know. So I ordered it directly from the TruLabs company. My husband, who has Parkinson's, really likes this when he is doing and teaching his Rock Steady Boxing classes and playing Pickleball. It restores his energy.

Don't use if you are caffeine sensitive
I bought this because I have been needing a little boost in the mornings and MIO has food coloring in it. Today was my first time trying it and about 15 minutes after drinking it, my hands started tingling and the tingles are going up my arms and my face... Yup, I'm definitely feeling awake but this is NOT what I was hoping for. I guess I'll stick to coffee or tea from now on - I think it's the niacin which is causing this reaction so this is too much boost for me. If you are someone who is used to caffeine (or niacin) then it will probably be fine for you. But if you are sensitive at all, then stay away from it. Sorry, I can't give it a higher rating than that. Also, the taste isn't great either.

Beware if Sensitive to caffeine
Tastes good. Works! But a whole pack had me anxious, tingling in arms. Had to drink lots of water to flush it out of my system asap. Will use a quarter of the packet and get a months worth out of the 10 packs! Have searched and cannot find amount of caffeine:(

Good product
Personally I double the recommended water when mixing this because the flavor is strong. It does not make me shakey or jittery at all. Just a nice way to boost your electrolyte balance.

These have such a great refreshing taste. I definitely drink a lot more water now by adding this powder.
