Great value, well made and easy to fit
Almost didn’t buy this as thought it would be poor quality given the price, but it’s well made and you only need basic DIY skills and a bit of WD40 to fit it. Looks great.

The first one to arrive was faulty - the vacant/engaged disc was not connected to the shaft so did not turn with the lock. A replacement arrived promptly and worked fine. It was easy to install and looks good.

Good but needs reassembly to work well
I have three of these. They are basic and good. However, the moving parts are held together by a snap ring and washer(s). The washer(s) are too thick on all three so that the mechanism is very stiff to turn. This is easily fixed by removing the snap ring carefully so as not to stretch it (I have special snap ring pliers which are very useful for jobs like this). Remove one washer (or fit a thinner washer) and replace the snap ring. The resulting play in the mechanism is no problem but ensures easy operation.

Useful indicator privacy bolt ok for domestic use.
Good quality solid brass pieces which look good on the door. We like the outside indication do you don't have to guess if a family member is in the bathroom or not. The ability to open from the outside with a screwdriver or coin gives assurance that if someone is in distress eg an asthma attack you can get in to help them, particularly if the door opens outwards.

Easy to install, rubish quality
Low quality... The disk stated to get scratches from the firs lock. It's very low quality... Easy to install but I wouldn't recommend!

Neat finish, easy to install
Could not find this item in gold colour in any store locally, so happy to find this at such a great value. Came well packed, but don't expect any installation instructions, as none needed as obvious and very simple to install. The plated finish is very nice together with clear lettering, I am happy to give 5 stars!

Fairly well made
Well made fairly easy to fit just check clearance on both sides. Only thing that is a bit annoying is the shaft that turns the sign is very sloppy in the holes so it won't turn the sign fully, EG Vacant -reads Cant & Engaged--Enga!! I have since shimed a slim strip into 1 side, this has helped, Now reads Vacant & Engage!! I will do the lock side when I can find some more slim enough strip.

My mistake for not reading the reviews. It’s definitely not brass but a nasty shiny gold colour. I didn’t even bother to fit it. Cheap and very nasty
