Good and affordable product. It works effectively, smells fresh and the quality is great.

Really works great and no taste or cramping
This is best way to get Castor oil. If your like me and don't really go like everyone else does i found through reading other reviews that if you take 2 pills right after meal this gets things prepped. I take 8 pills at bedtime with a glass of water that night. In the morning the urge is strong but comfortable you just empty out with comfort. I use diapers so I just let it happen as it wants.

Best option I have found for castor oil capsules with a higher Mg dose
My second bottle and I really like this castor oil in capsules , you can take castor oil with out the bad taste and it has the added fennel oil to help to not upset stomach , I use it for parasites , digestion and health , it has no smell or after taste , I think it’s a good price and the brand is a good brand , I freeze mine sometimes before taking and sometimes I take with out being frozen

If you want get actual daily dose of castor oil, you’ll need to take 45 gels of this supplement. It’s not bad, good combination, yet the dosage is questionable.

LABEL PLACED OVER SUGGESTED USAGE & OTHER INFORMATION
It's castor oil, just in pill form, so I was not expecting the same outcome due to additional additives. The pills are small and easy to swallow. There was no after taste. As far as being effective, it only worked once for me so I'm back to drinking prune juice. With that said, I would recommend it, because though it did not work for me, it might work for you. NOTE TO COMPANY Please remove the sticker that's place over the "suggested usage", "caution "and other pertinent information!! The sticker is preventing viewing of the information.

Finally a product that works
I finally found what I hope is the answer to my constipation. I have only taken this two nights. I took two in the morning and two at night. worked perfectly. I am so happy I found this. I thin NOW is a great company and I trust their products. Give it a try. No after taste or burps. easy easy.
