How is the retinol on sensitive skin?

Very gentle, and I have the world's most reactionary skin.

How is this better than eucerin q10 anti-wrinkle face cream ? q10 is working well for my sensitive skin; will retinol help w/ wrinkles?

I don’t know but I bought this product at Walgreens and it works really good. The texture of my skin has really smoothed out. You can see the difference right away.
