Even though I checked the measurements it is slightly too big for where I want it to go, so have ordered a smaller one, the bigger one is going in my bedroom. Beautifully made, and lovely to look at, very happy with the purchase, quite substantial and should last a long time, like that the inner can be washed so it stays fresh.

Bought this for a Christmas gift hamper. Sturdy, perfect size, well made, recommended to others. Worth buying.

Nice large size ideal for extra storage without taking up a lot of room. I bought this to store a surplus of dvd in the lounge rather than purchase a wooden dvd storage unit which was to big and expensive. It’s true other reviewers have said it’s darker than the picture on here but I was not bothered because I wanted it to go with my oak furniture. It’s fairly well make and good in quality to store light things but I would not use it for very heavy things. You can remove the lid if you want too and it’s very attractive although a little bit expensive for what it is I thought.

Well I guess you get what you pay for. These are ok but not great quality. Mine have lots of sharp bits sticking out, which is not great with children around. And they are a much darker colour than the photo - almost black rather than brown. But - they look ok and will do the job of storing a lot of our stuff (I am clearing a junk room to make into a bedroom) for not too much money. I bought the large and medium ones for a cost of £45 in total, as opposed to the one bigger one I wanted which was nearly £80 (but much better quality). I also bought two fold down ottomans, so the total for these and the ottomans came to £100 for a lot of storage, making space and making things look nice. Just be aware if you want something that is really nice quality you will need to pay more. Having said that, they are perfectly functional and look kind of rustic and nice with the cloth inserts. But roughly made with sharp edges sticking out. I've pulled the odd one off, but some are part of the weave. And VERY dark brown - almost black.

I bought 2 of these to store blankets and knitting gear/wool. They work well and look good but they're not the best quality and certainly wouldn't hold up if someone thought to sit on them. Good for what I wanted them for
