Good all-round kitchen knife for food prep.
Always have a Kitchen Devil in your drawer. This one stays sharp whereas their others go blunt very quickly.

One of the best kitchen knives I have used. These are very durable. At first you need to ensure you are very careful as these are very sharp, one they wear down slightly they become perfect. They take a long while to become blunt, even with daily use. Overall these by far are the best

Just buy it already
The best all round knife, my first is 7years old and still as sharp as the day I bought it. Use it for everything. My husband and I fight over it so had to purchase a second to keep us from bickering

Multi Purpose in Practise
Use knife for steaks and for cutting bread products (bread saw). Clearly I wash after each use! Well made and very useful and adaptable. Multi purpose is the correct terminology.
